Car shopping on a Sunday When I spoke to… the salesman on Monday About the car we made a appt he had that specific car out and waiting for us when we arrived low country Volkswagen was the only Dealer to do this they all talked a big game on the phone but no one treated us so well As low country Volkswagen Their service department is just as wonderful To be honest I enjoy editing in my car to be Serviced that’s how wi servile they are Thank you Low Country Volkswagen We love our carLow Country EV (Expert-Value)

by Tom A on 08/20/2022We’ve been taking our Audi to this dealership since it came off warranty and they’ve always been helpful, responsive and lower priced than the Audi dealer while using Audi diagnostics and Audi parts. When we ordered our ID.4 we chose them… to be our delivery dealer when it became available. Candidly I was worried that they might markup the MSRP, add frivolous dealer installed options or find other ways to increase the selling price as other dealers have been known to do in this time of scarce new BEV’s (battery electric vehicles). Happily the team at Low Country VW has done nothing of the sort! They have been friendly, helpful and refused to profit from the short term demand and have taken the view of making long term customers that will want to buy from them in the future and refer there friends and family. Kudos to LCVW!Stunning new wheels

When I agreed to buy car I was told it had only 2000 miles, then told 4000 miles, when I finally got the car it had 6500 miles. The car… was also very dirty and not detailed inside at all.Cade was an excellent salesman, we wasted no time,And my car is great

The sales rep vacuumed and washed the car but it was dirty. I’ve never purchased a pre-owned car that was… not detailed. I feel that was a big miss on behalf of LowCountry VW. It would be easy to blame the sales rep but it is not his fault…this is a flaw in the management of LCVW. I would recommend LCVW for new cars but not for their pre-owned offeringsHappy Customer
