Blake Peters came out to greet us, asked what we were looking for. Absolutely NO pressure,… which is why we called him back to hold our Outback for us. Audio Unit Warranty Repair
by Paul on 02/19/2022At 12,000 miles I began having issues with the communication center in the dashboard of my 2021 Outback. At first, it was thought to be a software upgrade issue which the service department applied. This did not resolve the problem. A… second appt was necessary for the service team in conjunction with Subaru engineering to determine that the unit needed to be replaced. AutoNation’s Service Advisor, Charles, was determined to have the team identify and correct the problem before I had to leave the island for PA. Charles was confident and made me feel that my total satisfaction was his primary concern. Subaru replaced the faulty unit and the car is currently operating as if new.
