Buying Experience
by fastlano on 10/17/2024I had a great experience with D & D Ford, Greer, SC. I arrived about 1 pm, and a salesperson was promptly available to assist me. I explained exactly what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. He was attentive, polite, and… showed me 3 vehicles that I was interested in, and I took a test drive and was very pleased with the vehicle. We arrived back and the dealership, and started to process of my buying the vehicle. Almost everything was completed except me paying for the car. My experience was excellent!! by Ford Man on 10/03/2024I traveled 5 hr.s to the dealership because they had the exact Ford F150 I was looking for. I found it on AutoTrader and sent my request to D&D. Alisha contacted the very next day and set me up with the sales dept. I made numerous email… back and forth to make sure the vehicle was worth the trip. I was given a walk around video, inside and out by my salesman Bailey Platson. With the certified guarantee they offered I took the trip. A test drive and a tutorial of the electronic I signed the papers. Andy Peeples set up my financing and away I drove back home. Just about all the paperwork was done online so it wasn't a long drug out procedure. I would highly recommend this dealershipBronco Sport Purchase

Second new F150 purchase at D&D Ford
by DarrenD on 04/09/2024March 2024 was the second time I've purchased a new F150 from D&D Ford in Greer, SC. They had the perfect vehicle with the features I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and my salesman, Randy, was professional and… personable and easy to work with. I've used their Quick Lane service for oil changes and general maintenance since 2012. They've always been great to work with and usually provide great service.Disappointing
by Skohlmeier on 11/22/2023I was assured the truck had a clean record and had not been wrecked. After 2 weeks the driver door started making metal on metal scraping noise. It had been wrecked. The salesman claims he didn't know it was there. No response from the… salesman when I demanded it be fixed!Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. I called around to several other places and D&D's prices were by far the best around. The… gentleman who did my car did a FANTASTIC job inside and out & my ENGINE BAY EVEN LOOKED BRAND NEW!!!!! It looked better than the vehicle did when i initially purchased (from a different preowned dealer) I would highly recommend them,not only was their price the best in town but they also had my vehicle done and looking better than before in just a few short hours! I had seen my car on line and already knew what I was going to look at. I test drove it and decided… to think about it over night. They offered to let me keep it over night while thinking. I didn't do it. But, I did still go back the next day and purchase the car. I hesitated only because I needed them to work on my loan and get payments around a certain amount. They worked on it all day the next day and told me they had the payments where I needed them. So now I am a happy ,proud, owner, of a 2008 Ford Mustang.best dealer in s.c.

by SCHarry on 10/08/2015Based upon D&D website (best in area) pricing I decided to stop in and look at the new 2015 F-150's. Initial purpose was just to take a look and maybe test drive. Our sales person, Brandon Payne, was very helpful and no pressure. We… ended up trading my current truck, an 08' F-150, for a new 2015. The sales and business team handled everything great. Because it was late (technically after close) they weren't able to get a full detail on the new truck, they promised it and just said to bring it back. I brought the truck back and they had it cleaned up in no time, no stress of scheduling or problems just great service. My wife said this was the easiest new car purchase we had ever made and would definitely go back to D&D. A few weeks into owning my truck it had a small warranty issue(oil cooler leak). My sales person, Brandon Payne, went above and beyond and got it scheduled in the service dept ASAP. The service dept had it fixed very quickly and efficiently with no stress to me. They did seem like an entire organization that does value the customer from sales & continuing service side. We will definitely return to D&D, thanks to Brandon and the team.Great experience

I did not feel pressured to add extras to the car. Danny Middleton, the salesman, listened to what I… wanted, was knowledgeable about the car and suggested a good route for the test drive. The car is much more electronic than my last one and he carefully explained how to use each feature (even the ones I probably won't use). He synced my phone to the car (I don't believe in talking on the phone while driving) and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. I had researched prices and trade-ins and feel the offer from D&D was fair. When I buy another car (no time soon), I'll go back.two F150 family

by Randyarm on 03/17/2015Dealership was very resceptive and our sales consultant, Desmond Layton, was very helpful and professional in providing us with customer support. We had made prior arrangements to view the 2003 Bird and when we arrived, the car was waiting… and ready for evaluation and I might add, acceptance. The top carrier for the hard top and the floor mats along with top boot are still awaiting shipment from D&D. Hopefully they are shipped soon. We felt very satisfied and comfortable with D&D Ford. We would recommend thier service, if we know of anyone venturing from Columbia to Greer. Please advise if the hard top carrier(top carrier) and floor mats will be provided as promised.
