Do not honor there promises
by Tonya_1970 on 12/13/2017My husband was purchasing a brand new truck today. The dealership and my husband agreed on price and extras, it was a done deal. My husband went to get truck and then all of a sudden the general manager decides he can not do the deal ..… never again will we deal with them again . We already had our financing and everything then the general manager said no. That was wrong in a huge kind of way. Horrible dealership, never take there word for anything. Buy somewhere else where people honor there promises and keep there wordBuying my Dodge Durango RT

I would highly recommend to anyone to buy their vehicle at this dealership! by revmarc on 04/29/2010I have now bought several cars over the last few years from the good folks at Benson, and have referred many family and friends who have bought from both the new and used departments. I cannot say enough about how well I have always been… treated--no run-around on their vehicle or my trades, not pushy, and willing to go the extra mile. I have tried other dealers in the area on several occasions to buy comparable products with absolutely no success, whereas Benson has always been willing to do what it takes to make a sale (within reason, of course, and several times far more than I expected). Chris Bensch, the general manager, is as fine a guy as you could ever meet, as is Don Looney, new car sales manager, and Roger Pitts, used car manager. Anthony is the service writer you want to ask for, as he listens and really goes out of his way to help. Virtually all of the service techs have been excellent in my experience with them. The Parts Department and Service Department are both excellent as well. There are a couple of exceptions--as there are everywhere--but Benson as a whole really rises above. I recommended Benson CDJ to everyone I know for when they are looking for a Chrysler product (and used car as well), and I will continue to do so.Dont go

by cheripat on 05/22/2013updated 06/01/2025Yes im not a person to even write reviews. this place was great and let me tell u something me and my wife dnt have great credit but they treated us like we was top of the line people. what i like the most about this place is they didn't… lead us on and i will just give you the numbers we was in a 2010 kia optima with 49,000 miles on it that we had got used with a 445 a month payment with a 26.7% rate. they got us into a 2013 chrysler 200. with no miles on it. I did want the limited ed. BUT anyway i did get a great car and did i mention our new rate was 9.4% now that mite not be a great rate to some but its pretty dang good to us. so in closing this long review i will say this is a great place to go and buy your next car they really do live up to the ads they put on tv.oh one more thing ask for randy or don both great guys and will b very glad to help you anyway they can thank you from patrick and cheri
