Unwilling to Resolve
by madams on 11/30/2020I was very excited to purchase a 2019 Ford Fusion in Sept from Stokes Hodges Ford. In the two months we have owned the vehicle they have had it in service almost as long as we have. Although it was "certified" pre-owned, to date they have… replaced a wheel bearing, the ENGINE, the battery and now we are having electrical issues that they are "unable to duplicate" although we were able to duplicate within 2 hours of the last "repair" and we have video recordings of the issues occurring on multiple occasions. First they offered to put us in a new vehicle but because they wont give us credit for the down payment and trade-in we used for the first vehicle, they want us to pay another $2,000. We have attempted to resolve this issue with the sales manager, Austin but it seems he is only out to make $$$ and not do what is right for the consumer. It is unfortunate that we traded in my car for a 2019 "hassle free" option at this dealership.
