Travis gave us plenty of time to ask questions, to drive the vehicle, to ask more… questions, and to be sure we understood what we were buying and what we were paying for in the total price. When we returned to take delivery of the car, despite being very busy, everyone was helpful and eager to be sure we were comfortable as we waited. Travis spent a lot of time making sure we knew how to use all the features in the car. We left, confident we had what we needed and that the staff at the dealership would be available should we need help in the future. Overall, a very positive experience. I do not like high pressure sales and there was never a feeling of being pressured. We felt like valued customers throughout the process.We want all our clients to have a comfortable and stress-free experience with us!
