Loved My Buying Experience!

He showed me a few vehicles over two days and didn’t make me feel rushed. His… goal was to help me find what I wanted. For his great service he got my business. I actually bought a truck with a color combination that I didn’t want but the vehicle was pristine and had all the features I wanted and the sales experience was great. I was in and out with a trade in that I was upside down in. Total process from the time I walked in the… door to driving away in my new car was an hour and 10 minutes. I moved away to Michigan before the first service check but recently moved back and took it in. I had forgot… about their offer but they did not and was surprised when I went to pay and had no balance. Truly ethical people who stand by their word and promise even when I forgot and they could have just as easily charged me. I will be taking my Escape back every time. The guys and gals were also very friendly and seemed to enjoy being at work.Conway Ford experience

Ran in to Rich. What a great guy. We had a 2013 Mazda6. Conway was able to… give me a trade in value and I ended pulling the trigger and purchased a 2017 Fusion. What a great experience at the dealership as well as a great vehicle. No jacking up the price trying to sell you things/work you don't need. i like that they perform a multi check on the car to see if you may have a future… problem and YOU decide if it can wait until your ready.
