by lib31ra on 09/14/2023I would like to thank Mr. Neal, Mr. Tyrone, Mr. Tommy and Mr. Nahsier from the time you pull into the lane, the time your ticket is written and the time your vehicle exits the bay. Their professionalism goes a mile and greatly appreciated I… say THANK YOU. Now for the shop itself, I understand GMC have to make monies but to tell a customer that it may not take that long but the book states it takes this time to complete that what we have to charge you. I don't have a problem having work done but to pay your expensive labor rate and the high part cost is awful. My vehicles sat on the lot 3 weeks. They need to get this shop under control. Every time you turn around they have a new shop manager. I still need warranty work to be completed from previous managers. The shop hasn't been the same since Mr. Nick Johnson. A customer should not have to travel 25 miles to another shop when you have one 6 minutes from u.We’d like to thank you for sharing details of your recent experience at our dealership. Poor Service
by Leroy Wash on 08/30/2023The technician I was assigned to was horrible. Lies after lies! My vehicle sat for 2 months and then everything wasn't repaired at that time. Poor communication skills. Needless to say if I have any repairs to be made ill go elsewhere.Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Jim Hudson Buick GMC Cadillac, Leroy. Cat and Mouse chase
by JBrown on 04/27/2020My wife brought me a brand new 2019 GMC Sierra back in Oct. I’ve had multiple recalls on it since being purchased. Now I have a squeaky noise when I turn curves etc. I went in a couple of weeks ago for routine maintenance then was supposed… to have an appointment on 4/27/20 and given a loaner vehicle while mine is supposed to be repaired. I called at 9 that morning to confirm but no loaner offered, no call back from a service rep, no call back from the lane manager and nobody seems to want to talk to me in regards to me getting my vehicle in to be serviced when it still has warranty!! I was warned about this dealership but I had to see and experience everything for myself! Sad establishmentMr Christie Lomas

Great Service

I was able to get an appointment for my service from my app. I had a headlight out but instead of just changing it out and charging me $300 they checked the existing bulb and… realized it was still good.
