by edgar d on 04/20/2025This experience was like being robbed with your hands up. The salesperson and his supervisor did what they wanted, charging me thousands of dollars more. I had an approved Chase loan at that location, so we went there for that reason. When… I arrived, they told me my loan was declined and they made up supposed reasons for why it had been declined. At that moment, I didn't know what to do with so much pressure, and it seemed like I had no way out, so they offered me a Santander loan with very high interest rates and a total cost that was higher than I had anticipated. Once home, I called my Chase bank, and they told me my loan was approved. The problem was that you didn't want to use my loan and tried to open several new ones, but with false and overstated information. They gave me the only option: Santander, with rates and payments double my original loan, leaving me with a different amount than what I had been approved for and higher monthly payments. I received my statement for the loan you processed, and it turns out they charged me an additional $3,000. I also told them I didn't want anything extra, and they told me I was required to buy shampoos for an extra $1,000. The car also had window tint installed, but it was poorly installed and cut, with bubbles. I feel desperate and scammed now with a car almost double the price and sky-high interest rates.Thank you for sharing your experience with us, Edgar.
