Never fails to deliver the best

My daughter’s 2018 Ford Focus driver’s clutch broke and had to be towed to Dick Smith’s Ford in Columbia SC. I was out of town working when this happened. The repairs for this was a massive $5,000 plus dollars for repairs and labor. I… called the dealership from Washington DC. I immediately thought of the spectacular customer service I received 4 months earlier on my 2024 Ford Maverick. I spoke to Mr.Leroy Hood who put me in touch with AB an outstanding sales representative for pre-owned vehicles. I talked with AB over the phone and he sent me a site that had a 2022 Ford Escape with all the bells and whistles. I was able to use the Ford Focus for a down payment along with a military rebate on top of my personal down payment with bumper to bumper warranty for 6 years. I was on the phone no more than 30 minutes, my credit score was pulled (800 plus) and my paperwork was still in file from my previous purchase months before. Outstanding service, and customer care. Dick Smith is a community first company that take care of their customers without failed. My daughter had another vehicle within 4 hours. They trusted me as a repeat customer and put my daughter in a vehicle until I could fly back home to sign the papers in person. I will always consider Dick Smith’s Ford as my first choice for a vehicle because they provide the best DAM customer service hands down. They are honest up front. I recommend Dick Smith Ford as your dealership of choice. They have never failed me and they will NOT fail you

My salesman was Nate Beard, a real genuine guy, easy to deal with, funny and very honest upfront. I did not get the sleazy car salesman feeling from him, thanks… Nate hope people read this!!!!
