Buy a car anywhere but Hudson Nissan
by MA on 10/01/2020Hudson Nissan provided the worst car buying experience I have ever had. That is hard to do as I have had a few bad ones. They do not honor the pricing that they post online (different prices on different third party sites for the same… car). (mileage on the advertised car much lower than the actual mileage). They say in their online adds that their $629 dealer fee is included in the listed pricing but once at the dealership they added that on to the listed price from online. They also add a dealer added option to the pricing that is over $1,000 and that is not mentioned until they show you the final numbers. They try and use that as a way to negotiate the price without ever reducing the listed price. I could go on but it is way too painful. All I can say is stay away from this dealership at all cost. If this is how they treat a perspective customer I can not imagine how they treat you once you become a customer. David Hudson I am sure you are aware of these practices but if not hope this helps you save future potential clients.Never Again
by D.R. on 09/22/2018I bought a new 2018 Nissan Rogue SV from this dealership. The model originally comes with microfiber seats but I prefer leather and paid for the upgrade. I told the sales person that i was from out of town and happen to be on vacation at… the time and was assured that the seats would be installed within a week while i was still on vacation. The car was purchased on a Monday and by Thursday i still have not received a follow up call regarding the installation to the leather seats. I contacted the sales dealer and he stated that he was off and would follow up the next day which would be Friday. I decided to call the dealership myself and found out that the seats were not even ordered yet. The lady who spoke to stated that she would order the seats and it will take one day to install. The appointment was scheduled and the car was brought to the dealership. Upon arriving to the dealership the service technician informed us that the front bumper was defective and it needed to be replaced. Then the seat installation that was supposed to be a one day job took two days to complete. When the seats were finally installed i decided to check the functionality of the car to make sure there was no mistakes. From there i found out that the heated seat function was not working. I had to take the car back to the dealership to have the problem resolved. The car was brought to them on a Wednesday for the seat installation, brought back to me on thursday, and brought back to them on friday due to the heat malfunction. Saturday comes and i still have no answer as to what is the status and what is wrong with my car. No one seems to know anything or seems to be on the same page. Bottom line of the story, my wife and I are expecting our first child and i wanted to buy an SUV since we only have compact cars of our own and an SUV would be safer, have more room and be more convenient for a having a baby. The heated seats were for the comfort since our backs hurt from time to time and its been over 2 weeks since we bought a "brand new" car and we still havent had it fully since it has been back and forth to the dealership for something that should of been a one day job.
