    Our car sat for over a week before it was looked at! We had to keep calling to figure out what was going on - we had a scheduled appointment. When I asked the service manger for an update I got, “same as when you asked last Friday”…..

    During my recent car buying experience the level of customer service was far below standard. There was misinformation and poor communication. Important items that were discussed during negotiations were not followed through on when it came time to sign the contract. I was made to feel that I misunderstood although I clearly remember the details. I am very happy with the car itself but I would not return to this dealership again. The features of the car were not even demonstrated to us on the day of purchase! These issues were brought to the attention of the management but the response was that we, as the customer are wrong. That is not the level of customer service I expect when making such a significant purchase.

    Hi Have a 2000 S80 and it has had several weird issues with surging and they have swapped parts and asked me to try, and when unsucessful they replaced the old part, as well as several other efforts that clearly were an attenpt to fix the car at minimum cost to me. I have used other Volvo delaers in the past, and I like this one the best. No hard sell on other car issue, but they did bring up possible future work issues. What more can I ask for! No complaints

    The service I received was not very good. After having my car in service for two weeks while waiting for a backordered part I was offered a rate of five dollars a day for a rental car and upon completion I was charged full price. After calling and leaving messages for the service manager Bruce Dankos, I waited and am still waiting for a response two weeks later. This is after multiple calls and messages on his voicemail and with his staff. On top of this the fluids and tire pressure on my car were not serviced eventhough I paid for it. Be wary and check their work after you receive service.
