No games, no gimmicks, no concerns. The car I was stalking was available at the… dealership. I asked about fees, because I was confronted with ridiculous, exorbitant fees at 99% of dealerships I contacted. Bill promised no games, just complete satisfaction and that is exactly what he delivered. His manner is perfect to disarm wary consumers jaded by car buying experiences. Most details were worked out over the phone and I drove from New York to PA to finalize the process and bring home the car in a very short time. No details changed. Wow! That's different. I was fully supported by the dream team of Bill and Kim. I am a critical, discerning consumer who highly recommends this dealership in general, and specifically, Bill Marshall. In the beginning he told me that they would require me to do a finance app even though I'm paying cash for a vehicle. He assured me they would not run my credit. Stupidly I did… it trusting a salesperson's word . Please if you're looking to buy a new SUV , do not purchase one from Willow Grove. I hope you can find a sincere salesperson somewhere else.Great Purchasing Experience
