Best car buying experience ever!
by SuzyQSouth on 10/12/2015This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. This is also the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle long distance. I drove 3 1/2 hours from NY to pick it up. Alex Colvin was my sales consultant and he was… beyond awesome. He made the entire experience quick & seamless. I usually do not care for car salesmen & dread the process all together, but Alex actually made it a pleasant experience. I also dealt with Rich Moore, the sales manager, who is also awesome! Love both of these guys and seriously cannot say enough good things about them. They were both very low key, easy to work with, and answered my many many questions with alot of patience. I am extremely happy with my new 4Runner. It was everything they said it was and more. Got an outstanding deal on it as well. The customer service was top notch and I would definitely make the drive again for my next purchase.Great Experience

Toyota Rav-4 purchase

After visiting another dealer, I was pretty convinced that this wasn't going to happen. The RAV-4 was also on my list… and my husband convinced me to call Drew @ motorworld where he had bought his truck. Excellent customer service
by KristensWheelz on 08/04/2015Alex greeted me and helped me through the entire process. I never bought my own car before, so I never had an auto loan. I didn't know if I was going to be able to buy a loan or not. I tried for a new Prius, which I could get get the loan… approved for, but Alex continued with me through the entire car search process all day. I browsed other lots with him and he ended up closing a GREAT deal with me on a really nice 2012 Chevy Cruze LT. I just cannot stress enough how wonderful Alex was through the whole process, just such a wonderful salesman/person. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful, caring, trustworthy etc. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan on going back to trade in my car in a couple of years for a new car: I will look for Alex Colvin. I also met Jay Thomas, who was also super kind, helpful, knowledgeable. I did not know if I could get a loan, but they worked with me until we made it happen! :-)Thank you KristensWheelz for your heartfelt response. We went to Motorworld to begin the process and went to the Toyota pre certified area of the lot. My wife saw our… vehicle first and called me over. It hit our points in cost and mileage directly. A bonus for me was it was a Limited type package, which I wanted because I already own a Tundra Limited. We had the pleasure of meeting Alex Colvin. He came out cool and collective. Also Alex did not pressure us once, which we both appreciated. He spent basically the rest of the day with us working this deal out. Alex appeared knowledgable about this vehicle. I believe there was never a moment that he did not have our best interests in mind. Because of this we were able to drive our new pre certified Rav4 off the lot that same night. Jay Thomas the sales manager was a pleasure to work with and have me a great… deal. Toyota of Scranton was horrible to try and do business with they made no effort to work with me on the Camry deal like ertley Toyota had done. He advised he could get me into a Toyota Camry. When I arrived for my test drive, Gino was very… knowledgeable and explained the features and benefits of Toyota over other brands. What I have to say I liked most was that he was not pushy, and before I knew it was picking up my new car the following day!Hi Loeyann!
