Two Cars Purchased Within Six Months!
by Rob and Diane on 10/01/2022My wife and I were looking for a newer car and wanted to trade in our Nissan. We met Joshua Salvaterra at the Honda section, but really wanted a Hyundai based on our experience with that brand. Josh knew of a car that met our needs that… hadn't even been placed into inventory yet. We decided to look at it even though it had not yet been through the certification process, nor the detailing process. While we waited for the car we were able to get to know one another. The outstanding thing about Josh that we enjoyed the most was his honesty and Faith. He is professional, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. He also made the car purchase experience enjoyable. Most times you end up submitting an offer, then the salesman goes to the manager and comes back with a counteroffer, and on and on. Josh said that he would give us the best price on our trade-in and on the car he was selling. Quickly checking car sites for prices we found that he was giving us better than prices listed for both cars. The following day I met someone looking for a car and took him straight to Josh. Now that's a recommendation!The best there is!

He did not pressure us and treated us like family. It took us 2 months to decide on buying the 2016… Honda Pilot and I did not get the constant calls, emails and/or texts that I got from other dealers. He gave us space to make a decision. In fact, we returned within 3 weeks and purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from him. We had no intention of buying another car but we did. I really felt like he was on our side with pricing and not just doing things for the commission. Very pleasant experience. We will see him again next year when we have to buy my college bound daughter a car. Outstanding Purchase Experience

In particular, we used the American Express TrueCar process to get the best… prices from dealers in our area. We talked with three dealers and decided to purchase our car at MotorWorld from John Bednarski. He was better than excellent at making our purchasing experience actually pleasant!! The TrueCar voucher was helpful, but my husband and I were very pleased by how helpful John was and continues to be these months after the sale whenever we have a question. In addition, I cannot say enough about the service at MotorWorld. Everyone we have been in contact with at MotorWorld has been pleasant and helpful. by Mickmars on 09/03/2014Went back to Motorworld to buy our next Accord after wife's car got demolished by a speeding hit and run driver. Had great experience with salesman Rich. Very accommodating. Wish I could say the same about whomever was in the finance dept.… When salesman went to get numbers on the 2 cars my wife had test drove,he came back with only 1 set,(of course on the more expensive Acura). Didn't want to provide numbers for the Accord Sport apparently,I suppose because we wouldn't immediately commit to buying it? Oh well. Independence Honda was more than happy to supply numbers to us on Monday.Guess what. We pick up the car tomorrow....Sorry Guys,as my first experience with you folks was enjoyable. You'd think a returning customer would've been accommodated with information,especially knowing full well we needed another car due to my wife's accident. Apparently not.Independence gained a new customer thanks to the apparent largesse of your finance person that day.Excellent buying experience

Most pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle

Billy answered all of my questions over the phone and did not once pressure me to come in, which made me want to visit. Once I arrived a wonderful salesman Josh took me for… a test drive, went over the entire vehicle features. I stated upon arrival I wanted the basic model, not once did he try to sell me the more expensive model. When I picked up the vehicle, Josh again spent time with me setting up my phone for blue tooth (my previous vehicle, I also had this feature, but that dealership never took the time to show me how to use, so I turned in the lease never knowing how to operate the features)----he continued to show me how and made me do myself, the voice activation, set all of my favorite radio stations, showed me how to use my Ipod/phone via the different ports within the vehicle. Explained all of the other features and the basic wipers--air--heat--lights---when I left there with my new car, I was not fumbling to figure out how to use the wipers or set the air/heat/lights---once home, sat in my driveway and continued to add voice activated contacts--continue adding my favorite channels, not having to fumble through the manual. by retiredcouple on 09/03/2013updated 08/07/2025we were looking at the 2013 crv,2013 rav4,2014 cx5,and the 2014 forester. motorworld gave us a much better deal on the 2013 crv than another dealer. however after 4 days they could not locate the color and interior that was our first… choice,second choice etc. recieved a call from manager who offered us a 2014 in our first choice for a great price which we accepted. picked up vechile friday before labor day and are returning to get a complete explanation of all its features from our salesperson Regina. both she and mark worked hard to give us a great deal and satisifed our request for the right vechile in the right color.so instead of a new 2013 we got a new 2014 for a great value.thanks.Miscommunication

The appointment was set up and confirmed the morning of. The manager who I was… supposed to ask for (and who was supposedly very eager to show me the vehicle) wasn't even working that day, they couldn't find the vehicle, and the manager who was working talked to me like I had no idea what I was asking about. Thankfully, Richard E., the salesman who eventually helped me, was very nice and did what he could to answer my questions. I did purchase the car (2009 CR-V) but had I been looking at a new one, I would've gone somewhere else.In response to the customers concerns, MotorWorld Honda takes great pleasure in providing an excellent buying experience for all. Unfortunately in this situation, there was miscommunication on our part. As a result, we have already spoken to the appropriate people to make sure that this gets corrected and to further improve our processes. Best car buying experience ever!

We had looked at several other dealers within 100 miles of our home and Motorworld Honda had the lowest price but a significant amount. (Significant enough to drive… 100 miles to check them out!) Our salesman Rich E. was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and was able to work out a deal that we were extremely happy with. The sales manager Mark spoke to us about our trade vehicle and he too was not pushy and listened to us. They both seemed very sincere and genuinely wanted our business. We were able to drive away with a brand new 2014 Honda Ridgeline and felt wonderful about the deal. This was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Sam B. In the finance department was an absolute joy to work with and made the whole hassle of buying a car out of state very simple. We will be replacing another vehicle soon, and my mother is also in the market for a car this summer so Motorworld Honda will be our only stop!!
