    I read some reviews and was a little hesitate about going here. With that said I went anyway and was greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction. I was very happy with my experience, everyone was friendly and my salesman was great (Bill Baburick) the spelling might not be correct. I will definitely buy here again.

    Our family did extensive research on which car was best for our family and which dealership we should with. We were happy we listened to friends and visited Budd Bear. Adam Fisher our salesperson and the entire Budd Baer staff were patient, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us at all. We were thrilled to drive off with our new Forester. We will join with our friends to recommend Budd Baer to others when it is time to shop for a new vehicle.

    Great dealership with an excellent sales staff. Ron Sacco was my salesmen and he made buying a car an enjoyable experience. He took the time to show my daughter all the vehicles which we settled on a Legacy. Explained all the features to me and about the car. We went up and did the deal. While I was completing the purchase, Ron took my daughter downstairs to show her where to come for service, helped her download the apps for the car and went outside and showed her all the features of the car, how they work, when to use them and when not to. I bought a Subaru because my daughter is going to be driving it and there excellent safety rating but I figured I'd be the one trying to figure out all the features with her. To have Ron after the deal was done take an extra 30 min to go ver everything with her shows me that I made the right decision to purchase a vehicle from them and that they go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Ron, thank you and I'll be back again.

    I had the best car buying experience with Ed Mialki at Budd Baer. So far, I rate him as the best car sales person that I have worked with. He was very informative and clearly knew all of the Subaru products. Also, he was extremely thorough and patient during my decision making process. Ed made buying my Forester like visiting a family member. He is definitely the best!

    I really appreciate the time that salesman, Adam took to show me of all the features of the Legacy before AND after purchase. The tour of the facility was informative and will be so helpful in the future when I return for service. Bill, the business manager, has the ability to make you feel at ease when an overwhelming number of documents appear in front of you to sign. Thanks guys!!

    I read good things of the Subaru reliability. My first stop was Budd Baer to test drive that vehicle. Not planning on buying - just to test drive before moving onto my next vehicle at another dealer. The salesman got the Outback 2015, and I remembered how much I liked riding in the Outback to Buffalo Sabres games. The price seemed a little steep but reasonable. The salesman brought a good offer, the finance person was not as my normal experience of obnoxious, and the experience was the best I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle in my 50 years of buying cars.

    We traded in a 2009 Forester for a new Crosstrek. Patrick, our salesman was very professional, met our pricing goals on both the trade and the new vehicle. Delivery was exceptionally speedy, with all the paperwork done in minutes. Patrick explained the hi-tech components of the Crosstrek thoroughly, whch we thought was a big plus. No charges for an included Auto Butler exterior "waxing", a nice surprise. Highly satisfied.

    We have never owned the same make, let alone model, of car before, and we just leased our 3rd Subaru Legacy with plans to lease a 4th in the next few months. It's safe to say that Budd Baer, and specifically, Bill B., have our trust and confidence. Bill and the Budd Baer team have consistently provided excellent advice, assistance, and service to us, and we are confident that we will continue to receive that standard of excellence. Bill B. was ready and more than able to handle our lease trade-in, quickly matched us with a new car that fit our needs, negotiated a fair deal, and got us on the road in our new vehicle within 2 hours. Working with Bill C. for the financing was just as easy and painless - these guys know their stuff and take care of business! Thank you to all!

    After 12 years a new car seemed to be essential. The shopping process felt very foreign and out of place. The folks at Budd Baer welcomed us and put us at ease. Very thoughtful. Like good friends.

    Last week I purchased a 2014 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited...NOT from Bud Baer. Bud Baer was the 1st dealership I visited. An older salesman immediately came out to help me. I stated what car I was interested in and that I would like his best price. He pointed to the sticker on the car and told me that that was the best price. I stated that I had never paid the sticker price for any car that I had ever purchased. He looked at me like I was nuts and told me again that the price on the car was the lowest possible price. I turned around and left. When I got home, I emailed Bud Baer Subaru, under my husband's name and once again asked for the best price on the Outback that I wanted. "My husband" quickly received a a response with a price that was over $2,000 less than that sticker price. I then emailed multiple Subaru Dealers(as suggested in a video I watched on Edmunds.com) and asked for info on the Outback 2.5i Limited. All the dealers responded quickly with prices lower than the sticker price. It is my opinion that I was treated very poorly by the original salesman at Bud Baer Subaru and because of that, I purchased my 2014 Outback from another dealer.

    Beat the Sams Club buyers deal on the new XV Crossteck and gave us fair value for our trade. I did my research going in on new car invoice price and dealer trade in value of my car and they were fair with us with little sales pressure. They made it about as easy as it could be and they are a smaller local dealer. We first went to the largest dealer in town because we wantwed to by a Subaru and they were also a Kia dealer. We thought we would get the best trade in deal on our Kia because they also sell Kia and could sell it as a certified vehicle. We were very dissapointed with the trade in valuation on the Kia. I do not mind them making money on my trade but their valuation was insulting. Glad we went local with Budd Baer. Our salesman was Steve, good guy.
