We recently purchased our 5th vehicle from Bill and BB, and he makes the sales side a very easy process - and Susan does a great job on the finance… side to make it a very painless process. We also have our vehicles serviced at the dealership and they do a great job with that, as well. A very well-run and customer-centered dealership.A satisfying car buying experience.

He listens, questions, and proceeds based on his customer's needs. He's… knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. He offers several approaches, works up various pricing options, and follows up on every question asked. In Service, they listen, offer a comfortable waiting environment, keep the customer informed, and review everything that was done. I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and the deal, so naturally when I needed another new vehicle this year I went back to the same dealer and the same salesman. I'm happy to… report the same result this year. I think this is the highest praise I can give a dealership, i.e. repeat business. If I need another vehicle in the future I will go back to Budd Baer again with the knowledge of how I was treated in the past!Fantastic

My salesperson then took me for a lengthy test drive and… answered all my questions. I was given a fair deal with my trade-in, and three days later I picked up my car. My salesperson then spent an additional hour by assisting me with all the controls and set up my electronics to my satisfaction. Because my salesperson treated me as a person first and a potential buyer second, I felt satisfied with my purchase. I had a wonderful experience.2015 GMC Acadia SLT
