I was apprehensive because this was my first electric car but Cole gained my respect from the start with his no pressure and honest approach and was super… informative on all the details I needed to be aware when going from gas to electric. When I decided to finalize the deal, I test drove a car, signed paperwork and was done under 2 hours. The salesperson (Chad) was very responsive and was able to find a vehicle that matched… my list of options pretty quickly, even though my list of must-have options was not the most common set of combined features. He was also pleasant to work with, which is important. The financing part was also straight forward and efficient. Had the car less than a week, but so far so good.Mike, we're delighted to hear that Chad and the Audi Warrington team made your car-buying experience efficient and pleasant. Our sales associate, Michael Alcott, was extremely helpful in assisting us with our… decision making. This was a major purchase for us and both Michael and sales manager, Joel Casa, really helped put us at ease. We were treated more like family rather than just another customer like some of the dealerships we've experienced in the past. Joel assisted us through all the financial aspects of the purchase and we felt confident that we were getting the best possible deal. I can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with both the sales experience and the vehicle itself. We purchased a 2020 Audi Q8 and we couldn't be happier. The Best I've Ever Encountered

I've bought a lot of cars in my 70 years on this earth but these folks are the very best I have ever encountered. I am so pleased to post… this review. I purchased my 2005 Porsche 911 S Cabriolet and they had gone through and given me a written report on the things they found wrong with the car and that they were going to fix them before I picked up the car. When I picked it up it was all completed and at quite an expense to them. On my way home the driver side electric window gave me some trouble putting it back up. I called and within a week they had the part in and replaced the switch at no additional cost to me. I can't sing their praises enough! This is by far the best, most reputable dealership I have ever done business with and would recommend anyone looking to purchase a Porsche or Audi to go here with complete confidence in their integrity and honesty.
