Faulkner Toyota Trevose

This is my 4th car purchased from Faulkner dealerships (2 Toyotas and 2 GMCs). A general sense of fairness in price and overall dealings encouraged me to cross state lines once again and drive 20 miles to Faulkner Toyota instead of shopping at a dealership closer to my home. After doing research and comparison shopping at other dealerships, I felt that Faulkner gave me a decent price--again. And, the staff works well together as a team. One salesman (Phil) completed my transaction at a time that was convenient for me when his colleague (Nick), who started the deal had the day off. The financial/closing agent (Dawn) was efficient and didn’t waste my time trying to up sell me after I made it clear that I was satisfied with the options already decided on. Also, there were no surprises in the final price as I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. The time waiting to finalize the paperwork was rather long but we were in the final hours of Toyotathon and for this reason, it was understandable.

I had been researching used cars for my daughter for months and had looked at dozen's, each coming up a little short. Then I found a great Honda on the Faulkner site and called about it. Stuart was very responsive and helpful right from the get go. There was no pressure, no surprises. Faulkner seems to invest in their used car business more than other dealers, taking time to make sure each vehicle is mechanically ready for the road. I just took the car I bought to my mechanic for a once over and he gave it back to me with a thumbs up, no immediate needs. I would definitely recommend Faulkner and Stuart to anyone looking to purchase a car. I certainly will return.

As I entered the dealership I was greeted by my sales person Brandy, we hit it off instantly, I did my research and I had a general ideal of the vehicle I was interested in, from that moment it was seamless, I did not feel rushed or pushed into any of the financial offers,this is the area where it becomes troublesome for folks. she explained my options, we did some math and I decided to go with my own financing. With that settled she inquired about my trade-in vehicle,this is another area that can be a rub with costumers, I explained the mileage and the condition of the SUV she came back with a number I could work with and the rest is history. The back story is that a few hours earlier I had a dealer in New Jersey try and push me toward his financing with fuzzy math and nothing for my trade. Brandy spun me around unknowingly, with great service a winning attitude and the usage of her professional skill set.

Let me start by saying, I hate buying cars. I hate negotiating, spending time in dealerships and dancing around straight talk -- all of it. We worked with Pat to purchase a used vehicle--Pat made sure that everything I hate about car buying was eliminated from the experience. I researched and found the car online. He and his team were immediately responsive to my email questions about the vehicle before we went to the dealership. When we showed up (with 3 small kids in tow and limited time before they all melted down) Pat met us at the door, keys in hand and ready to make things happen for us without the hassle. From entertaining the kids, pushing a stroller and helping get a great deal on the vehicle that met our needs, Pat was instrumental in making our car buying experience a great one. He is a straight talker, friendly, understanding and interested in helping people without being stereotypically pushy. He is also incredibly thoughtful -- he started my car for me before I left so that it would be warm for me and my 6 week old baby and arranged for our new car to be dropped of to my home! He had his entire team working with us to make things go as smoothly as possible! I would definitely recommend working with Pat and would absolutely return for our next purchase!

This is Second time I purchased my Car from Faulkner Toyota. Isaac Curnew and Mike (Michael Villari) helped me to get one of the best deals. The overall purchase experience was very smooth and hassle free. I had some issue and some confusions to cancel my Vehicle service agreement but it got resolved with help of Mike and Stefanie. I bought a new 2016 Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Faulkner Toyota in Trevose. My sales associate was Nick Visalli. He was very nice, well informed and did not make me feel pressured at all. I came back two weeks after my initial test drive and was ready to buy. I had done research with Consumer Reports and knew what was a fair price. Nick and his manager met my expectations and I purchased the car. I absolutely LOVE my car and have no feelings of buyers remorse which I had in the past when I bought a new car. Thank you Nick!

I really liked my experience at Faulkner Toyota. i did research beforehand and knew what i wanted. When i came in, i felt comfortable and enjoyed the atmosphere. My salesman was Bruce Glantz and he was very thorough with the whole buying experience. I had questions and they were all answered. I felt very confident in my choice and he made that happen. I could tell he cares about his job and wants you to get the best deal. He also was down to earth and showed me everything about the Corolla. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Toyota to go to Bruce because you will get the best experience!

This was the first time buying a brand-new car on my own. I met with Stuart and told him my parents bought me an Echo eight years ago from this dealership. He ask what type of car am I interested in looking at and I told him the Yaris, Corolla, and the RAV4. Immediately, I thought he was going to start me off with the RAV4 because it's the most expensive out of the three. Stuart did the complete opposite and start me with the Yaris because he said it is the equivalent to my echo. Right then and there I knew he wasn't trying to pressure me and took the nervousness right out of me. I bought the 2017 Corrolla with his help and guidance. He was also very patient with me while I looked at several different cars.
