Faulkner Toyota Trevose

This is my 4th car purchased from Faulkner dealerships (2 Toyotas and 2 GMCs). A general sense of fairness in price and overall dealings encouraged me to cross state lines once again and drive 20 miles to Faulkner Toyota instead of shopping at a dealership closer to my home. After doing research and comparison shopping at other dealerships, I felt that Faulkner gave me a decent price--again. And, the staff works well together as a team. One salesman (Phil) completed my transaction at a time that was convenient for me when his colleague (Nick), who started the deal had the day off. The financial/closing agent (Dawn) was efficient and didn’t waste my time trying to up sell me after I made it clear that I was satisfied with the options already decided on. Also, there were no surprises in the final price as I've experienced in the past at other dealerships. The time waiting to finalize the paperwork was rather long but we were in the final hours of Toyotathon and for this reason, it was understandable.
