I’m not one to write reviews but this needed to be put out there so this does not happen to anyone else. On March 22nd I had an appointment to go look at a 21 Toyota Supra that was certified. I was fully ready to move forward and brought all info needed to make it as seamless as possible. We agreed on numbers and had one approval from the bank. I was told we were waiting to see if Toyota Financial had a better rate and that the only person that could call was the GM. This was after 5 and I was told that the GM won’t be back till Monday. So we left and were going to wait till then. Paul (our “sales person” if you call him that) called me first thing on Saturday saying the GM actually came in and called Toyota Financial. They told me the rate was better and all this “good news”. Now I also work in the auto industry and told them I work all day since it’s Saturday and the first I could get there would be Monday after my shift. I was told yeah no problem we will see you then. I assumed the vehicle was mine at this point after going through everything and agreeing to purchase. I excitedly texted Paul on Monday morning to confirm we’re all set for pick up later that day. All I got back was..”that car sold on Saturday”…. I called him asking why the vehicle was not held like I assumed would be since I was told we’re all good for Monday. All he said is they don’t hold cars. IF I KNEW THAT I WOULD HAVE LEFT WORK ON SATURDAY AND CAME DOWN TO DO THE REST OF THE PAPERWORK! Super frustrated I called the used car manager “who had nothing to do with the situation but had to express my frustration with. He said he could keep an eye out… I also emailed the GM and absolutely no response. Put in a request with Toyota directly and was told they were going to contact me by end of day that Wednesday. This place does not care about customer experience. Take your business elsewhere to any other Toyota dealer. You’ll just end up disappointed

I love my new Prius!

Just traded my 3 year old Prius in for a new model since I wanted the new safety features like blind spot monitoring. Besides feeling safer when doing highway driving, the ride is smooth and my mileage is amazing, even better than my old Prius. Marc Handlesman made the experience painless. He is the best!

Nothing went as expected

Lon story short, I bought a 2014 Corolla from them with some scratches and chips in the paint and a couple chips in the windshield. They promised they would fix it though. So, a week later, I brought it in to have the work done. Later that day, they contacted me to say their paint/windshield guy didn't come in, so it was going to another take day or two. Finally, I go in to pick up my car and there's some kind of issue with the service paperwork. I forget exactly what the receptionist said, but it was something about the repair order not being finalized. Unfortunately, all the service people have left for the day so there's no one to fix it. I had to sit there for over half an hour while the poor receptionist frantically called people to try to figure out what to do. I felt really bad for her; she was noticeably upset. Eventually, she got ahold of the right person and finished my paperwork. I got my keys and went out to my car. I immediately noticed that the chips in the windshield were still there. They looked a little better, so at least they tried to fix it, but they were still very noticeable. The paint repair was also pretty sloppy. I went back inside to ask what happened and they had no answers. I contacted the sales guy I bought the car from to set up another repair to get my windshield fixed as promised, but to no success. Nine months later, I still have these chips in my windshield.

Overall a good experience, but some issues

I purchased a certified used 2014 Corolla last December from this dealership. They let me take the car out for a test drive by myself, which was nice. After I came back I talked with a friendly salesman for a little while before settling on a price and going through the purchase process. Of course there was the typical pressure and teaming up the sales and other departments do to get more money out of you. That's alright though, they're just doing their jobs. Overall, I was happy with the process. There were some minor issues with the car though, such as scratches and chips in the paint. There were also a couple chips in the windshield. The salesman promised they would fix this for free. So, I brought it in a week later to have the work done. After waiting a few days, I got my car back. The paint touch up was mediocre at best. It looked like they attempted to fix the chips in the windshield but didn't quite succeed. I emailed the sales guy again and he promised to make it right. Unfortunately, they never made good on that promise. Eight months later, I still have very noticeable chips in my windshield and it looks like I'm going to end up having to pay out of my own pocket to get this fixed. I'm very disappointed with how they treat customers after the sale, and won't consider them for my next purchase.

A Great Experience

I just bought a 2017 Toyota Camry from Faulkner and was very pleased with the entire experience. My sale representative, Michael Steinberg was a complete professional. He was patient, pleasant and attentive to me at all times. With his assistance we finally settled on the car that I purchased and i was extremely happy when I drove away in this car. There was absolutely no pressure, no-hype, just plain talk and information. Mike went out of his way to be help me and I appreciated his efforts on my behalf. I am very impressed with faulkner and the way they conduct business. Thank you!

Sales Rep., Isaac Curnew, was very professional . He made what is usually a very stressful experience, actually enjoyable. He quoted his bottom line from the start which turned out to be a very fair deal. Drove from Rehoboth Beach, DE to purchase from Faulkner and would do it again- so worth it!

I contacted John Hogan at Faulkner toyota thru triple AAA car buying search. I was certain that I wanted a Hybrid Highlander and had test drove it elsewhere. They located a car for me with the specifications I requested. Within 24 hours I purchased the car with a five year extended warranty. I was very pleased with the courteous and efficient service. Friendly, low pressure sales approach

I had a pleasant experience with the purchase of my new Toyota Camry at Faulkner Toyota. Bruce Glantz handled the sale, and he was very personable, remembered me from a visit I had made without a purchase a year previously, and gave me a reasonable deal, allowing me time to check another dealership before making my final decision to purchase. After I finalized the purchase and signed the paperwork, he took a lot of time to show me all the features of the car, and invited me to return at any time if I had any questions about how to use the features, which could be challenging, as the technology has become complex.

I saw that truck that I liked at the Faulkner Toyota of Trevose. It was Demo with approx 7k miles. very clean. The Dealership and Salesperson Tim Pinkerton was very helpful and informative. He was able to address my needs during whole process. This is 2nd truck purchase with Faulkner Toyota and my 3rd purchase in the Faulkner Family. My wife drives and GMC Acadia Denali. Make Faulkner your first and only stop!

Zero pressure experience

I found my truck online and the price was very reasonable. I contacted Faulkner Toyota in Trevose and had a seamless transaction. The certified pre owned Tacoma was detailed beautifully and Paul Mochalin was such a great help in the purchasing of my truck. There was zero pressure which I really appreciated.

Great Experience with New Purchase

Picked up a 17 Tundra this weekend from Marc Handelsman. I was referred by a friend, and although the dealership was a little further than I would have liked, everything was perfect. I scheduled time for appraisal, planned pickup of new vehicle and left without any inconvenience. Dealer ship is clean, very friendly staff, just wish it was closer to home. I visited 3 other Toyota Dealers in the area, and Faulkner was far and away the best of the lot.

Great experience with Marc Handelsman

I recently bought a new Avalon thru Marc Handelsman. This experience was so very different from the last time I bought a car. Last time there was a bunch of back and forth with the sales person and the Sales Manager. It felt like it was me against them. That did not happen with Marc. It was clear from the beginning that we were on the same side. I felt as though he understood my needs and where I wanted to be. It was a great experience this time around and I actually felt great about my purchase when I left the dealership.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at Faulkner Toyota. Patrick Donnelly was great. There wasn't any pressure to buy. I walked away happy with the purchase of my 4Runner. I would recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy from Faulkner.

I had a great experience with this dealership, specifically with Marc Handelsman. We bought Toyota Rav 4 last year, and Toyota RAV 4 this year. Recently I bought 2017 Toyota RAV 4 XLE that had protection package, besides door sills and rear bumper protector. When I told Marc about he was able to order it and installed himself. He saved me couple hundred bucks. He is a very handy man. If you want a good deal on a car and to get a good service than talk to Marc. I'm very satisfied with the purchase. I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Prius from Faulkner Toyota and I was very happy with the experience. "Irish" Patrick Donnelly was very friendly and great to work with, and he and Jason Brown in financial helped me trade in my car and walk out with the Prius in a few hours.
