Mike was attentive and listened to all our concerns. He walked us through the process of determining the best vehicle for us without pushing us or leading us into something that we might not be interested in. When we had questions on specifications of each vehicle, he had the answers and allowed us the "space" to discuss and determine which way to proceed. This process we believe is important because if we would have felt pressured, we never would have bought a vehicle from this dealership. We are really thrilled to have our 2015 Buick Encore. Great experience. Began looking for a new truck at a couple GMC dealers and a couple Ford dealers. Decided I liked the GMC and met Chris who was great to work with. He walked me through finding the bottom line and put me in the right model for me. A real pleasure to work with. Well worth the short drive from the South Hills to Robinson. I will be back and recommend Robinson GMC and Chris to everyone.

I usually buy 1 to 2 vehicles a year. One thing I usually hate is the price negotiations back and forth. My salesman gave me a great price up front that was fair. I ordered my truck and the credit and most of the paperwork was done early. I signed a couple papers and was on my way. Very easy to deal with.

The staff at Cochran Buick/Robinson of Eric E, Lucas Pr and Oak M are top-notch in customer service performance. They handled my car search request professionally and with the greatest respect towards me that you don't see all of the time. I looked at vehicles at Toyota, BMW, Mercedes and Honda before looking into a Buick at the Robinson location. No one at those establishments treated my multiple inquiries into a new vehicle with as much enthusiasm and respect as this staff. For example, the manager Lucas P offered to pick up my vehicle if it didn't make it to my closing date. I had a 2002 Mercedes ML 320 with 210,000 miles on it, and Mr. P's offer took any fears that I had about my trade in away from the picture which allowed me to focus on the task of buying a new vehicle. The sales rep, Eric E emailed me with precise quotes...no hassles, no complaints about numerous questions that I had...and came through with an offer that I felt was so completely fair, that I never felt the need to negotiate further. The Finance Manager, Oak M made the buying process simple and easy and matched the APR loan percentage of my credit union without any problems. #1 Cochran Buick at Robinson, PA is an excellent all-around staff of professionals and I am one grateful customer. This is our second leased car that we got from #1 Cochran. Eric and Dale had great follow up to my questions, made an easy purchasing decision for my wife and I with the best deal around. We have 2 young children and we did all of this with both of them at their office. They made us feel like we were buying from family. We asked for a specific accessories and got them all and then some at no additional costs. We had to get our first Acadia serviced due to a water pump issue and we were in and out of the repair shop without a penny spent. The folks in the office were all in a good mood and take time to help you out. They have our business locked in!
