by Mary on 09/13/2023Wow! First, I have to say that Meghan D. is the best service advisor they have! Not that the rest aren’t great, but Meghan is just that special! She kept me in the loop the entire time, and worked with me to ensure that everything got… resolved quickly and efficiently! I am so thankful for Ciocca Subaru of Philly for taking care of me and taking care of my car!! I also interacted with Luke R., Antonio R., and Thien T. - all super professional, personable, and so helpful! I gotta say, taking your car in for service is usually not a great experience (obviously - something has gone wrong!) but somehow Ciocca Subaru makes it enjoyable…?! I am so thankful for the Ciocca Subaru team, and especially Meghan!Customer service is not dead
