Great to work with

I worked with Cody and never felt pressured to buy, was up front with pricing and was very accommodating to my questions. There was one issue regarding whether or not… the vehicle was certified as it was listed inconsistently on the site. But that was not a deal breaker. I dislike negotiating and I really don't like dealers who hound me to get a sale. One of my better experiences.Mike killed it!

He even gave me one of his cookies to eat while we were signing papers and it flew by. The dealership was very… nice yet really laid back. I didn't feel pressured or stressed out at all. We e-mailed the dealership regarding a car we thought we might like, and received a reply within minutes… from a sales person named Greg. Greg was super low-pressure, but also attentive, flexible, and knowledgeable, and put us in the perfect car for our needs. When we purchased the car, the paperwork was relatively painless (I usually hate the paperwork part!) and the business manager who led us through the process could not have been cooler . This was my first new car in a decade, and it went much smoother than I expected--no… hard sell. Ultimately I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, without any hassle. Made Buying a New Car a PLeasurable Experience

No sales pressure tactics here, they are very knowledgeable about the product and were very patient with us as we took out time to make an… informed decision. I have to mention Greg P in particular. He spent alot of time answering questions and taking us for test rides and never once seemed frustrated or impatient that we didnt just walk in one day and leave with a car the same day. He exemplifies to me what an outstanding salesperson should be. It isnt just a sale to Greg--he genuinely cares about you. Greg is the man. A better experience then what I was expecting.

Part of the reason I waited so long to buy a new car is because I HATE the whole dealership experience. This time my goal was to do as… much research as humanly possible to make sure I was going to get the best deal on the best car. It ended up that Moon Township Mazda had the exact "6" that I was looking for, I walked in prepared for battle. As soon as I walked in I was able to walk right past 2 salesman who acted like I did not exist, the first thought thru my mind was "here we go, everyone is going to ignore me beacuse I am a woman." Then my future salesman walked in from outside asking me if anyone was assisting me. I said no and he introduced himself, his name is Greg P. When I first met Greg I tried to catch him off guard with asking questions about the Mazda 6, he ended up knowing the car very well and gave me true and correct information about everything. I ended up making the deal for my new car even though I was going to shop at some other dealerships. The main reasons I bought from Moon Township Mazda is that they are honest, nice and respectful. Before I signed my life away I even met the sales manager and business manager, and they both said thank you for the business. The whole time I wiated to sign Greg sat with me and we talked about our favorite TV shows. After I was done signing everything he then took the time to go over how everything works in my new car. To sum it all up I would HIGHLY recommend Moon Township Mazda to buy a new car and I HIGHLY recommend asking for Greg P as your salesman. I have already been telling all my friends and family to go there and buy a car. To Greg and the managers....THANK YOU!!You are very welcome and I am glad we did everything right to satisfy you and make your experience a pleasurable one.
