Everyone was courteous, very knowledgeable about the product, helpful in explaining the ins and outs concerning the lease purchase, and friendly making me feel at home about the whole process. I especially like the store… hours and not being rushed to finish my transaction when 9pm was drawing near. The fact that the employees did not rush you though any of parts needed to complete the lease. The question did you buy the vehicle is misleading to someone who would read this form. No where does it ask about my leasing the car which I did.Excellent

by LongBraid on 08/27/2016I test drove one car. While we were in that car, the salesman asked me my price range. I told him I wanted to get close to $15K. He asked, "If I give it to you for $15 will you take it today?" I said yes. When we got inside and he… presented the paperwork, the number was over $19K. I objected, and he told me that $15K was for a different car. Huh!? I do expect games and negotiations, but that was pure slime.Well Done!!

A nice gentleman by the name of Tracy smiled and waved and asked us if we needed any help. I was interested in looking at… a Kia Rio since I used to own one many years ago. He took me to the floor model and let me get inside. I was impressed at how improved Kia's have become since I owned one. The looking slowly became shopping and I even test drove a Forté. With Tracy's expert experience, we crunched the numbers and I walked away with a 2013 Kia Forte which I am ecstatic about. I would definitely recommend going back to this dealership. Also, would also recommend Tracy Boyce as sales person. He is not only knowledgeable, but he is kind and honest as well.Terry Burke

I walked out with a brand new Kia Optima!!!! Terry was always completely honest and upfront with me.… I would recommend coming to see her even if you think you may not be able to get into a car. She will never give up on you!!!!Awesome

I ended up getting a kia optima and I love it! I wish I would've went there… first! I will recommend them to anyone!This dealership is unethical and misleading
by dpetrelli on 10/30/2008I would not patronage this dealership. I am a four time KIA buyer, I love the brand and would recommend not shopping at Monroeville KIA/Dodge in Monroeville, PA. The dealership called me in to discuss getting out of an early lease. Then the… dealership mislead me and flat out lied to me about the deal we agreed upon. They played with the numbers and amount owed on my lease and I ended up financing a car for $4000.00 more than the actual value, and somehow they made it possible for the numbers to fool the bank. When I spoke to the owner in person he became verbally abusive and walked out on me and made no effort to rectify the situation. I would recommend never purchasing a car from this dealership, ever. They are no different than the predatory mortgage companies that have helped put this country in financial ruin, and sadly they are not regulated either.Cust Safety ISN"T #1 Here!!!!
by house3319 on 03/31/2012updated 07/25/2025The dealership listed a 2001 VW Cabrio on craigs list and it's website. I called to see if the car was there and went to see it on march 16 (Friday). The car had yet been looked at by the shop but they had it priced and with a limited… warranty on the lot. I took it for a pretty long test drive and wanted to buy. Problem was we found alot of issues with the car under the hood. They said it had to go through the shop first and they would call by Tuesday to tell me what they found on Monday. So we put a deposit on the car to hold it. Even though we hadn't settled on a price (they wanted 8,000 and with the issues we only wanted to pay 4,500. Wednesday my boyfriend stopped by since we didn't get a call to see what was going on. After they looked at the car the car wasn't road legal. That is a concern for me! They let me drive a car that was UNTESTED and UNSAFE. After expressing his distress (probably not in a calm manner-I wasn't there) he was "kicked out" of the dealership by the "owner". I m not saying what he did was ok, but the fact that I was put in unsafe car truly upsets me and make me double think any car I drive now. I know they only had the car for a day, but they should have checked it before putting it out for sale. I wouldn't take a car from these people if they gave it to me.
