Best Car Buying Experience Ever
by gallih28 on 11/29/2019Wanted a manual Golf Alltrack SEL with the brown interior. Looked online, and they had one, so I emailed them about their best price. They immediately quoted me over $6K under sticker, WITH the 1.9% financing special. Way better deal… than any local dealers (Albany, NY area could even come close to matching). Did the entire deal via email, text, and a couple short phone calls. They drove the car five hours to my home in Albany, NY, topped the tank off when they arrived (all included in the deal), and I signed the papers on my dining room table. Absolute easiest car buying experience I've ever had, and I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a VW, no matter where you live in the country.Plug/ Patch tire
by Jschaeff on 10/10/2017I recently purchased a 12' certified used vehicle. Unfortunately, shortly after I realized there was a slow leak in the passenger front tire. I took the car back to Faulkner and the staff was more than willing to plug/ patch the tire for… free that same day. Everyone was friendly and the service dept took care of business!Jschaeff, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations! No pressure but got us what we wanted

Everyone was patient and stayed late to help us complete our test drives, our trade appraisal, the deal, and then… the car sale. Everything was clearly explained. Our salesperson Jodie was perfect for us because she didn't pressure us, but she did ask us what we wanted and when we wanted it and she knows the Volkswagen products, she did an excellent job matching our expectations with your products and price. She's a wonderful asset to your organization! Just so you know, we worked with no other Volkswagen dealerships because we trusted Jodie and didn't feel the need to do that.
