My only complain (not related to Jeff) is that it is impossible to get through by phone: for this appointment I… called three times, left three voicemails, and no one every called me back. by Lonestarr41 on 08/31/2016Normally going to Faulkner is if, the work the technicians do is great , but the desk people need help, don't lecture me about crowns in the road and stuff like this, when I tell you my car is pulling its pulling I don't want to hear about… there is no even roads. I know all roads have a crown. Just do like I asked and do it, I'm not stupid or some unsuspecting no nothing, clean it up and treat your customer with respect they deserve and don't be condescending towards them,Oil and filter
