    Copy Service is always excellent. Jeff offers great costumer service; he's attentive, accommodating and clear with explanations. My only complain (not related to Jeff) is that it is impossible to get through by phone: for this appointment I called three times, left three voicemails, and no one every called me back. I do realize that I can make appointments online, and that's what I did, but I had a specific question regarding our Outback and I needed to speak with someone.

    Subaru was quick to help us out!! They did a wonderful job with the whole experience. They understood our needs and were able to fufill them. We worked personally with Saige to find our right vehicle. Also Chris helped us get a rental in the meantime and help us out with other things as well. Saige and Chris were not pushy, and they were just there to help us out and give us what we wanted in a car. They all were friendly and this is one of the best dealerships I have been too. Subaru in Mechanicsburg was fantastic and I would recommended them to anyone!

    Normally going to Faulkner is if, the work the technicians do is great , but the desk people need help, don't lecture me about crowns in the road and stuff like this, when I tell you my car is pulling its pulling I don't want to hear about there is no even roads. I know all roads have a crown. Just do like I asked and do it, I'm not stupid or some unsuspecting no nothing, clean it up and treat your customer with respect they deserve and don't be condescending towards them,

    Very Satisfactory overall. Would have been excellent except for the hard sell on the maintenance insurance toward the end of the deal, which could have increased my monthly payment by a considerable amount.

    Faulkner couldn't have been more accommodating - friendly staff and very professional. I had a little bit of a learning curve on the all of the technology in this car - I asked a lot of questions and they were very helpful and patient. Highly recommend them.

    Initial contact with Faulkner Subaru was through email. I quoted a price and they accepted. They worked with my time schedule and didn't pressure with nuisance calls. When I arrived at dealership, everything was ready, the buying took about 1 1/2 hours(in door and out). It helps to be informed with fair market values before going to purchase a vehicle. Anyway, everyone was friendly and helpful. Dealership was clean and busy. FYI. I drove an hour away from my home to purchase at Faulkner because my local dealership quoted me $3,200 more and refused to budge.

    Being a first-time car buyer, I was rather nervous when I came here to take a look at the Subaru Forester. However, this dealership is truly customer-oriented, which made this a fantastic, five-star, stress-free experience. For example, every staff member was professional, welcoming, and patient, never making me feel rushed or overwhelmed and never trying to get me to buy a car outside of my price range. While all of the staff members were great, I'd like to specifically single out Chris Carvell, the sales manager, and Luke K., my salesman. Chris was one of the first people I met at the dealership, and was not only very welcoming to me, but also to my father, who came a few minutes later so I could get his perspective on the car as well. Chris was also extremely prompt in returning the two phone calls I made - at most, I waited for maybe 10 minutes from the time I left my message until his return call. However, I was most impressed by Luke, the salesman assigned to me, particularly with his patience and his extensive knowledge of the Forester - from where everything was under the hood to what kind of wheels it took to the different features in the car and their location. If you visit this dealership, I'd definitely recommend asking for him. To top it all off, the dealership itself is very clean, laid out really well, and has a very comfortable and spacious waiting area with plenty of variety in the complimentary beverages and snacks (although I was never kept waiting for more than 5 minutes at a time). Although I hope to keep this car for at least the next 8 years, I will absolutely be coming here for my next car, and will definitely be referring friends and family.

    Our salesperson was excellent. He explained the vehicle and its features quite well. He answered all our questions and did not try to push us into making a deal. He remembered what we discussed and fulfilled everything that we decided on. This was my first experience at a Subaru dealership and found it to be a good one.
