    Just stopped in without an appointment and requested a battery check and possible replacement. Turns out the battery was indeed bad and they replaced it under warranty. No fuss.

    The sales staff are very accommodating and helpful in finding a car for me. I was in an accident and my car was totaled. They worked with me until my funds were released by the insurance company. In my opinion Faulkner Subaru went above and beyond to accommodate me.

    Dealership was friendly, clean. Mason Kelley was knowledgeable about all the cars I was interested in and was able to help me narrow down my top picks. The buying process was quick and Mason had my new car to me to n perfect condition and was able to answer all my questions.

    I had a very pleasant experience buying my new Impreza from Faulkner Subaru. I always dread going car shopping because I feel a bit like prey with salespeople when I walk into a dealer. Faulkner was not like that. Jessica, our sales consultant, gave us the information we needed about the cars, we did a test drive, and allowed us to leave without even pestering us about a decision. This really impressed me. When we decided what car we wanted, it was not in stock so Jessica did a little magic and was able to get us exactly what we wanted in a short time. Everyone at Faulkner treated us with respect and we would not hesitate to get our next car there.

    overall experience has always been 4star to this date! However, the only negative was not being given an explanation as to why an issue that was called about wasn't addressed at the time of regular maintenance and service.

    Jeff Phillips, the Subaru Advisor was very cordial, respectful and empathetic with our situation. We received an e-mail reminder about our scheduled appointment, and we were quickly on our way with a loaner vehicle. We were a little hesitant to purchase another Subaru, but the service and sales staff were so professional we decided to stick with the Subaru brand.

    My husband and I are extremely content with the service we experienced with Faulkner Subaru. It was the easiest and fastest vehicle transaction that our family has ever experienced! Our sales representative, Guy Centini, was completely professional and accommodating to all of our needs and specifications for the make and model of the Subaru that we wanted along with our desired payment bracket with no money down. The whole staff was also very professional and exhibited stellar customer service. We plan to continue a business relationship with Faulkner Subaru, which for us is surprising, as we have had many mediocre experiences in the past. We recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Subaru and to go and work with Guy! He does his best in getting you the vehicle that you want with the exact specifications that you requested!

    I went in for an inspection and oil change. I was informed throughout the process of what to expect and options for needed repairs. They didn't force me into anything nor suggest unneeded work. They know Subaru's thoroughly and it shows in their work. I'll miss them when I move.
