Terribly rude

by honestreview8 on 04/28/2016We thought my wife was getting a quality used car, instead we have to pay $6000 to get it inspected, even though Clear Choice said they had it inspected and there were no issues! Three days after we bought it the car broke down. We had a… bad water pump. Clear Choice would not even honor their 90 day warranty! We should have pursued action at this time but my wife just didn't want to deal with it and wanted to move on. Now we found out that there are over $5700 in problems with this car or it won't pass inspection. When I called Clear Choice, the guy who answered just mocked me and told me that it is too bad and all of the damages happened since we bought it 3 months ago. The company that we took the car to today for an oil change and do a checkup had the car before Clear Choice purchased it, but sold it to auction because of these problems. I asked them to help us but they were extremely rude and cursed at me. I should have known not to go to a place like Clear Choice. They are not only a horrible dealership, but they are horrible people.
