Very professional, friendly service. Non-invasive. We walked in around 12:30 on a Saturday, the lady at the counter was very polite and helpful, as all the sales personnel were attending other customers. We thought we would probably just have time to pick out something to come back on a day were we had more time, but that was not the case at all. We never felt pressured to hurry because it was Saturday. We worked with Lance to purchase our Corolla and it couldn't have went smoother, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, "down to earth", and informative about the whole process, also. We also liked how the used vehicles had pricing stickers in the windows. Takes out all the guess work usually associated with used car buying.

I was in contact with Jason prior to my visit and was looking forward to dealing with him. I really appreciated all he did. I found the vehicle I was searching for and he made my purchase a very pleasant transaction. We will definitely be back when we are in the market for another vehicle. It probably won't be any time soon though. The Rav4 replaced my 1992 Camry with 337,228 miles which was passed on to our daughter. Our other daily driver is a 2004 Highlander that my mom purchased new there. It has less than 50,000 miles on it.

My interactions with Palmiero's has always been enjoyable. When I met with Bill Barnes to purchase my new car, I knew what he would tell me would be true and what ever deal he offerred would be fair. The dealership is not greedy as many others are. Certainly there was room for some negotiation, but it is done openly and with full disclosure. This is just one of the reasons why Palmiero's is an annual award winning dealership. You make buying a car an enjoyable, non-frustrating experience.
