Sales rep Kayla was great to work with. She was knowledgeable about the various models and options, and was honest and straightforward. I had told her that I was also considering a Honda of similar size, and she obviously researched it as well so as to help me compare. This was the first time in many, many years that I purchased a car on my own, and all in all a very pleasant experience.
