    The finance guy worked to get my rate down by 3 points. As a single mom, that is enough to make me buy my next vehicle with South Hills Subaru. That took him more time and he does not benefit from it. I also like that there is a specialist to help navigate the technology.

  • Great customer service in a crazy pandemic

    Everyone was polite, informative, and really seemed to care about the customer. I feel that with COVID-19 and the new regulations and restrictions they handled everything so well. I’m sure it was chaotic behind the scenes but you would have never known by the way everyone communicated. I think for a tough situation making sure everyone stayed safe and following guidelines, they did very well. Tom was quick to help me out when I needed to get a car quickly despite everything going on. He made sure that my experience was as good as it could be despite the regulations and changes for COVID-19. I was at another dealer and was not getting responses. He managed to help me out in one day when I had been trying for 2 weeks to get a new car with another dealership. I knew with the recent changes it would be a different experience. As soon as we had our first conversation I was confident that we made the right decision to come to South Hills Subaru. Thank you for making a less than ideal situation less stressful.

    From top to bottom my experience was stellar. Tom my dealer was awesome. His veteran status made a difference with me too. Kevin the manager assisted in my deal that was overwhelmingly fair. From the door they treated me like a king. I don't remember my finance guy's name, but he made sure I understood everything and made the best decisions for me! I thank each and everyone of you for helping me feel good about such a large purchase.
