This was the second vehicle we have purchased from Jim Shorkey CDJR and the process was awesome. Our Salesman JJ was responsive and super helpful throughout. Can't recommend him enough.

I was able to locate my preferred vehicle in their inventory on line and Marco and his associates at the dealership took… care of the rest in an efficient and professional manner, putting me completely at ease and comfortable,(literally , with massage chair, lunch, TV and beverage !). Everyone went out of the way to be friendly greet me and meet my needs , this is really significant when you are a woman and a senior citizen. The car fits perfectly in regards to the handling, acceleration, braking, conveniency, safety, just the general feel about it & the aesthetic… appeal of the car. All around perfect & exceeded my expectations. The staff were very pleasant to meet as well. Because of Marissa from financing negotiations with the bank, I was able to lower my down payment, so I would have enough to get car insurance. Bryan from accounting, gave me copies and instructions… of the the documents I needed for my Kia. I was just bummed I didn't get to take a picture with Sarah and Ryan from the sales team with my new Kia Sorento. They were super busy and short staffed that day. It was very thoughtful of Ryan to add me to his personal FB page. I just posted a picture of my new ride and tagged him and Jim Shorkey business page in on the post with Ryan's clever hashtag, "BuyinfromRyan". P.S. Everybody in my life has gotten a vehicle from this dealership, which includes my father, my friend Rory that brought me up yesterday, my friend Alex, who took me the first time I started car searching with Sarah. She was so helpful at getting me the best deal and answering all of my questions prior to my arrival. When I arrived,… she had an unexpected customer she had to help. This was ok, thought, because I got the best salesperson I have ever dealt with, Sarah Wright. She again answered all of my questions. Cliff was great, and worked hard to get me to a payment I was comfortable… with. The only negative I have is that I wish I would have gotten a little more for my trade in. All in all it was a great experience, and I plan to return.Excellent Experience

I was having a hard time deciding on weather to by new, used or even… leasing options. Brad Knauff was very helpful and took the time to explain all the car buying options as well as how leasing worked. After listening to my needs and showing me all my options I decided a used car would be the best fit for my needs.
