Unfortunately while driving at some point a rock had created a small fracture in my windshield within the same month. I was distraught at how much money I… had already spent just to spend more. However, management was able to file a claim for me and Subaru handled the whole ordeal hassle free. I was so thankful and grateful the staff and company had helped me so tremendously.great service at Piazza subarul

The whole end to end process went perfectly, from scheduling the appointment through my MySubaru App to the whole payment process and getting back my car, The… staff was knowledgeable and courteous , the facilities are spotless. this is my first Subaru ever and definitely the bet service by any dealer.Great Service experience

I had forgotten my insurance card but service was done while I arranged for it to be emailed from my insurance… compay so I was not delayed at all!Very satisfied customer

by WontbBack on 04/03/2020Headlight replaced under warranty. This resulted in constant high beam flashes by oncoming traffic. Explained to service manager who repeatedly told us these lights are bright and cannot be adjusted. We had this car for almost four years… and never had high beam flashes but since replacement we get it every time we drive at night. I had to explain to the service manager that they can be adjusted and to please google how this is done. After 3 visits he finally adjusted them after refusing to road test this at night so he could see exactly what was going on. Instead would only park in front of garage wall and say they look straight. Bought two Subaru’s here, love Subaru but my third will be purchased elsewhereEdmonds Review of Piazza Service
