by kswanson on 01/23/2019Piazza Hyundai is the place to go if you're on the market for a new car! Cody Ryons helped me out with my car buying experience and I can't say enough good things about him. He made it a super easy and pressure free buying experience. Cody… took care of everything so I didn't have to. Props to him and the team for doing what they do. I've had my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe for four days now and I absolutely LOVE it! Cody makes you feel like a friend and even reached out days later asking how the car is. Can't recommend them enough. I'll never buy a car from anywhere else.Awesome!!!
by 2hyundais on 11/07/2018This was our 2nd visit to Piazza Hyundai, and it reaffirmed our feelings that this is one of the best dealerships around. We purchased a 2018 Tucson SEL Plus and are already in love with it. Cody Ryons was our salesperson for this car and… our 2017 Elantra. Cody is everything a person wants in their salesperson, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding to his customers needs. This made for a very low stress , no pressure sale. I cannot recommend Cody enough if you're in the market for a new car. After the sale, Lisa the finance manager buttons things up with that same friendly attitude, making the entire experience amazing. She is truly a gem and loves what she does and it shows. I wish I could give 10 stars to this dealership. And special mention to Joe U. Joe is a great manager whos enthusiasm shines through in his sales team. he was instrumental in getting us not only a great deal but a deal we were comfortable with. Thank you all at Piazza Hyundai for being top notch in all aspects of the car buying process.Best car buying experience

by cliff27 on 05/01/2018A review from a New Yorker and why I put that title: After seeing the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate advertised on various sites,I saw that Piazza Hyundai had the lowest price for this SUV within 150 miles. I looked for weeks and… found the SUV that I wanted with an excellent price, no one came close. I very closely looked at the approximately 28 pictures for a few days. If I was going to travel 138 miles, I wanted to make sure I was leaving with that SUV. The savings was approx $2,500. I started emailing and texting with Nina who responded quickly to all of my questions over a few days. Even though we did not speak, she appears to be very nice and extremely helpful. Provided me with a great amount of information. After deciding that I was interested in purchasing the car, I then received a call from Robbie who is Sales & Leasing Consultant for Piazza. My excellent service continues. I was not buying a new car so I wanted to ensure that this car, with 20,000 miles, had no major scratches, chips and the inside was just as clean. Robbie also responded very quickly to my additional questions. He checked the car for me to ensure it was a clean car. I was able to see the CarFax so the rest was up to Robbie. I told Robbie the night before to hold the car and I will be down there the next day. Since I was going to pay in full, he provided the exact amount that I needed even though I could have charged the amount. To make the process even quicker, I provided him my registration for my 2004 Crown Victoria for trade in and my insurance. We drove the 138 miles and met with Robbie. The Santa Fe looked great. Did it have some scratches? Yes but so minor. The car is used. No chips which are much worse than scratches. The inside was spotless. While I was looking over my new SUV, someone was looking over my Crown Vic for trade in value. I accepted and then Robbie introduced me to Lisa. Lisa is the Business Manager and the excellent service continued. Since I told Robbie, the day before, that I will purchase the SUV, he provided Lisa with my Crown VIC's registration and my insurance card that I emailed to him. When I walked into Lisa's office, all of the paper work was completed and all I had to do was sign. That was great. Then Lisa explained the extended extended warranty which after owning cars for over 40 years I expected. But what I did not expect was to purchase it. There was no pressure other than Lisa telling me that my SUV would be covered bumper to bumper until 11/26 or 100,000 miles which included towing. I know prices of parts and labor and even though Hyundai is a very reliable brand I know that after the original warranty, things happened. This car has every option so I believe this is an excellent policy. My 2004 Crown Vic had 103,000 I owned it for 13 years. I anticipate owning this SUV into 2016. Robbie and Lisa gave me their cards and said to call anytime. Robbie showed me where certain controls were and we were on our way. He called me two days later to check up to see if I have any questions. I high recommend Piazza Hyundai and the team I worked with. The trip was well worth it. Great team.Good experience

Walked out with a new… 2018 Hyundai Sonata and couldn't have been more happy with the whole process. Will make sure I tell everyone that is looking for a new car to stop in Piazza Hyundai first...So happy, went back and bought a 2nd for wife :-)

Yes, so happy with first purchase (a terrific deal on a loaded low-mileage 2015 Veloster Turbo)... the next weekend, returned to buy a gorgeous 2018 Sonata for my gorgeous… wife. Our driveway looks a *lot* better now with two new Hyundais. {We are repeat customers, after my Elantra was totalled by Mr.SnowPlowMan; otherwise it was running great at 230,00 miles; Hyundais are awesome with regular oil-changes & minimal TLC.} So well done Piazza H of Pottstown. Great deals, great experience, great value, great people. Congrats to all and management there too. Awesome to see an excellent team and sales process. Very very happy.Customer service

They made me feel like they were my in my corner listening and trying to help me purchase the nissan Altima. Even… after i shared my negative experiences at other the other car dealership they said they would try their best to help me purchase the nissan Altima. Even when things seem bleak ,they put forth alot of energy and effort to make the deal possible. They were the most efficient and effect people to help i have ever met!!! Eager to show model in your budget instead of being pushy. A Honda dealer in west chester just forced us out… in 15 minutes after we waited for sales agent for 55 mins. This dealership was good in negotiations and offered multiple options and offered best price for the vehicle in 50 miles radius.Pleased as punch with my new ride!
by juuni1002 on 01/09/2017So I walk in thinking that I want to get the 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2015 Sport 2.0T Limited. It's got like 2000 miles on it, and come on, it's the Limited Edition! Panoramic moonroof and a whole bunch of bells and whistles! Zachary Burgoyne… lets me test drive it and MAN is it nice.. Then I find out that it gets recalled because the moonroofs were blowing off haha.. Downhearted, I decide to go for something a lot lower.. I test drove a regular Sonata and an Elantra. UNDERWHELMING is what those were. Zach could see just how much they underwhelmed me; he wanted to make sure I could get a car that I wasn't just settling for, but one that I would enjoy driving for years. He fished out this 2015 Sonata Sport 2.0T with 3800 miles for just around $21000, which included the tags and taxes! Practically a brand new car! I come back the following day to finish the paperwork. I test drive it one more time.. and yep.. it's got some OOMPH, especially for that price. I get out and want to test the button on the handle that locks and unlocks since I've never had one.. and lo and behold.. it doesn't work! He's shocked, I'm shocked, we're all shocked.. Not to be discouraged, he finds his manager and makes sure that I would get all of that taken care of, including an additional oil change since the car had been driven more than 3000 miles. All said and done, I think he provided a more pleasant buying experience, especially with his amiable personality. There was no pressure one way or the other; he was willing to listen to and respond to all of my questions. If I was ever to by another Hyundai car or knew someone who wanted to buy one, I would steer them towards Zach because I know he would take care of them to the best of his ability!Zach
