Everything was quick and easy when we arrived to take delivery.… Mike Altebrando handled the financing. Everything was explained so we understood and efficient. No pressure was given, but options were offered.Great experience

by pbaj on 06/16/2010I went to this dealership to test drive traverse. I told the salesman that I am planning to buy an SUV and want information on traverse. This gentleman was so reluctant to even talk to me. He kept on pointing towards some parked traverses… and and asked me to go check them. I asked him for a test drive and he promptly said "not today" as i am not free( but he didn't look too busy to me). I decided to leave that point. Even if he may be busy but it was such a pathetic attitude that he showed that I probably wont even consider going back to this dealership.
