My 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
by Jody Teran on 07/31/2025Zack is the best salesman ever he told me to bring my car in for the first free oil, change and free car wash! He was so so busy right here and there and didn’t even have time for lunch but yet he made time as busy as he was to help me with… some more of those bells and whistles that I don’t understand iin my car! But I must say the whole staff is very kind and very attentive! I love Hyundai cars. It’s all I buy. But to have a salesman like Zac, ithat goes above and beyond makes experience so much better.Thank u!Jody, your feedback means the world to us! My salesman, Zac went above and beyond for me on what was a very busy hot day for him, but he still made time to help me with all those bills and whistles of a new car plus my oil change and car wash was free! I would recommend all my friends to Lancaster Hyundai!

WORST SERVICE EVER
by Amurr21 on 06/28/2025I am very disappointed with my trip to hyundai service. I took my car in to have something replaced. I have an extended warranty and was specifically told that my car can be taken to Hyundai. So I dropped it off. Hyundai calls me with the… amount, and services that need to be done. I told them they need to submit the claim through Assurant for them to approve the services. They first tell me that they don't call them. Then they said they don't work with the warranty company because "they take too long to pay, and they don't pay close enough to hyundais labor charges ". Then they say that they can't get ahold of anyone on the warranty claim services.. but I am able to get through every time to talk to someone...so I give them the website that assurant said that they can file the claim online, but then I'm told by Jordan that she can't authorize the dealership to make a claim online... the way I was spoken to on the phone was very unprofessional. So im told that my car is "wrapped up and ready for pickup" so I can take my car elsewhere. I go to pick up my car and am charged $160 for "labor" I guess the labor for them to tell me what's wrong with my vehicle, even though I already told them what's wrong with my car. Dealing with this kind of service makes me regret buying a Hyundai. I didn't buy it at Hyundai, but I regret owning a car that as a company deals with customers like this. Atleast I know that if I have a problem with my car, take it elsewhere.Great customer service

Jordan Benner, my Service Advisor, was very nice and polite. She texted me a link to follow the process of my vehicle… being serviced. He was very helpful and kind and he helped me to find the car, but I loved! Also loved… Bonnie. She was really nice.! Yesterday Karen was very helpful when I brought my car in to have new floor mats put in and they made it sparkle and shine and smell so good! Through everything on my new car set up everything on my new car! Bonnie in the office and… explained everything to me when I was signing papers! Karen was also very nice and kind when I went back in for Hyundai making my car sparkling inside and out! Smells so good tooo! Excellent customer service! I would recommend Hyundai to all my family and friends! I also wrote a post on Facebook About my experience with Lancaster Hyundai! I’m very very satisfied! Sketchy collaborating between service and sales departments
by James on 11/13/2023I've been getting my car serviced here regularly for almost 7 years. We're about to have our 3rd child, so a couple of weeks ago when I was in to get an oil change, I asked if they could provide me with a trade-in estimate for my car as we… were considering upgrading to a larger vehicle. After inspecting the car, they came back and told me that my car needed a new transmission, $5000 price tag, and as a result the trade in value for my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was a mere $2000. I asked the mechanic what sound he was hearing from the transmission, as the car had been driving fine. He described a clicking noise, (which the engine has been making for over 4 years)! I've asked about this same clicking noise in the past (when the car was under warranty, mind you) and had been told it was normal and there was nothing wrong with the engine. Now, after inquiring about a trade-in for the first time, all of a sudden my whole engine needs to be replaced? Shady, shady, shady. Needless to say, I traded my car in at another dealership and got $7,000 for it. So you do the math...steer clear.James Elly, We are sorry you disagree with a factory-trained technician doing his job by recognizing and informing the vehicle owner of a serious component in the stages of failure. We don't agree to keep these kinds of repairs a secret regardless if an owner wants to disregard it and trade the vehicle to an unsuspecting buyer. We will not trade and resell a vehicle as-is with a known failing transmission to trusting customers.
James, we reviewed your service history records and found no previous reference to this condition or failing component. Upon your request, you asked us to identify a noise coming from the steering which we diagnosed as originating from the front transmission. Your frustration is obvious that a component on the vehicle will need to be addressed but to claim we are acting unethical by answering the call to your request seems misguided and unnecessary. Tech took my vehicle for a joy ride
