by bball3 on 03/29/2015I bought a brand new car and had problems with it almost immediately. Discovered a noise a day after I drove it off the lot and was told to wait until my 5K service, well I had to demand them to look at it. Bad shock on a new vehicle and… other problems. I was told they can't do anything to fix a noise at start up and Honda is aware of it and is making a part. A year and a half later they still told me to not bring in my car because they can't fix it and oh Honda is still making a part to fix it. I can go on and on about the horrible service and lack of effort to fix issues on a brand new car. I ended getting rid of the car because I could not deal with them any longer.Excellent Experience!

With Deb Bachman, I felt very comfortable and I didn't feel like I HAD to buy.… I would recommend this dealership to anyone!Linda Williams Is Fabulous!!

The overall experience was delightful and I would recommend Linda to friends, family… and colleagues in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong when working with Linda. I bought a 2014 Honda Accord on Saturday, September 27, 2014 and love the car. Everything Linda told me about the car is true. I was a little hesitant about buying a smaller car because I have spent the past 25 years driving large luxury vehicles. I should have gone smaller sooner.Linda W. is the best!!!!!!

Linda was straight forward and to the point. She was honest and didn't play any… games as they say. She worked with us on the price of our trade in as well giving us the best possible value for our trade in and replacement car. There were no surprises with Linda. What you see is what you get which I truly appreciated. She is kind, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of the vehicles she sells. We discussed what I was looking for, and she worked hard to deliver, constantly keeping me updated and informed about any information. Once I arrived at the dealership, Linda and the staff were… welcoming and efficient. They made the entire experience smooth and positive. This was important because this was my first time buying a new car, so I was a bit nervous. But, Linda considered my needs and made the entire process easy. I would strongly recommend anyone to visit this dealership. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to visit the dealership because I felt welcomed and as though this was a solid place to purchase a car. Then when I caught them in their scheme, the service advisor had a " I don't… care attitude". Stay away from Roberts!!!Silverado Purchase

I even asked the salesman "Is the deal done" and he replied it is here is a box to clean out your old truck. Would definately go back… again, and would recommend Roberts to anyone.Great experience

Nando, my sales person, honed right in on my needs, understood my budget, and did not even try to push me in a direction I… didn't want to go with type of car or price range. I felt that he was direct, up front, patient, knowledgeable about the inventory, and trustworthy. I was extrememly pleased with the price for what I chose to buy. When they didn't have one on the lot that had my trimline/color, they had one there within a day that had what I wanted. Negotiating trade-in and price was surprisingly painless.… If you've done your research enough to deal reasonably, the sales team is very fair and efficient; my deal went down quickly and the "haggle" factor was zero. Very pleasant and civilized process. My 9th new-car purchase, and the best yet. Ask for Al, he's very knowledgeable about his product; fair, and a gentleman.Robert's Experience

There was no pressure and very courteous treatment from sales.… This was our third purchase from Robert's. There is a closer dealer I will not use because of the other dealers curt treatment.Very friendly experience

by s_lutz on 08/18/2010This past Saturday, I purchased a 2010 Honda Crosstour. Roberts is about 50 minutes from my home. I was drawn to them when they sent a very prompt and extremely fair quote via e-mail to me while I was researching the vehicle on line. I… accepted Roberts' invitation to set up an appointment to drive the vehicle and appraise my trade-in. When I arrived, Greg Slye greeted my like we were old friends. He gave my wife and me a very thorough tour of the car's features and took us for a test drive that showed off the car's ability to handle a number of situations including highway access, cornering, rough roads and manuevering in a parking lot. Based on my research, I liked the car but Greg showed us what to love about it! When it came to negotiating, the process was very pleasant. Roberts gave us an extremely competitive bid...there was no "haggling"! Greg adequately explained financing options and provided easy to understand print-outs that showed the bottom-line. He highlighted the owner's manual, warranty information and electronic features. After signing all the paperwork, he took extra time to make sure we understood some of the basics of the navigation system and set up the blue tooth hands-free link for us. We felt as if we made a very informed purchase with no pressure whatsoever. My two kids were content waiting for us, having access to a TV and neighboring ice cream shop! The other salesman continually made us all feel welcome. I would recommend Roberts to anyone!SERVICE BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS - best price too
by hunterk9 on 08/18/2010Last year I purchased a 2008 Tahoe LTZ, black w/ black interior from Roberts Auto in Downingtown, PA. I only wanted the LTZ in black w/ black interior so I contacted about 8 dealerships in VA, MD, DE and Eastern PA and most had one in… stock but the price was so much higher than what Roberts quoted me online, Roberts beat the price of all other dealerships, this is the place to shop for a new or used car for sure!! The car was immaculate when I picked it up, it was cleaned to perfection. The salesman Steve Salotto was so fast to respond to all my email questions and phone calls (and I called a lot) I was really impressed ! he went above & beyond our expectations, as did the Finance department, our interest rate was below what I could even get at my Credit Union and they were the lowest around. Craig in the service department is great too, on any oil changes or a recent recall for a minor windshield washing part the Tahoe was in and out in a matter of an hour, much faster than expected. I will buy my next Tahoe or Escalade from Roberts for sure!Fantastic experience at Roberts.

NO hipe, NO gimmicks, NO bait and switch, just an HONEST salesperson and NO stress what so ever. Tony B was our salesperson and he put us at… ease instantly, very calm, very easy going, and very knowledgeable. We had just come from another dealership that did everything wrong, so it was refreshing to meet Tony and feel at ease almost instantly. We told Tony what we were looking for ,and plain and simple, HE JUST GAVE IT TO US. We just wanted a resonable price on a 2010 Honda CRV LX and decent money for our trade, nothing else. Tony gave us what we asked for and a whole lot more with service, knowledge, and a square deal. He didn't push any unwanted extras on us and took a full 2 hours to deliver the car and explain how each option worked. We had a 1PM appointment for delivery of the car, but I forgot our trade's title, and had to push back the delivery to 2:30PM. Tony didn't say a word and just took care of us when we got in. What we really appreciated was that Tony just worked with us, NO MANAGERS, NO BEING PASSED OFF TO ANOTHER SALESPERSON. ROBERTS also had a GREAT inventory and the EXACT CRV that we were looking for. Tony also got us a GREAT RATE on our LOAN and the finance department was a pleasure, no confusion. They even HAND WAXED the car for us and saved the window sticker. by hil2 on 12/09/2009I identified the car we wanted in the morning, worked with their internet sales staff to settle on a fair price, and came in after work on a weekday to test drive and sign papers. The friendly staff had everything ready. The new car was… exactly as presented, there were no "changes" in our settled on price and no attempts to sell us any add-ons that we didn't want. We left with our car less than two hours after we arrived (we completed the financing application on-line before arriving). Greg, Steve and Pat made everything very easy. We really appreciated the straightforward approach. We were relieved after our experiences with other dealers. And most importantly we got exactly the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted with no hassles!Great Sales Experience
by ttalucci on 11/18/2009This was my first experience with Roberts Chevrolet and it couldn't have been better. I was a dedicated customer of another local dealer that had gone out of business. I totalled my car and needed a replacement ASAP. I knew the exact… car that i wanted so i went online the next afternoon to check local inventory and drove to Roberts that evening. They didn't have the EXACT car in stock (i wanted a specific color with specific options and i wanted a new leftover from the previous year so that it wouldn't be as expensive). Al Mummert, the salesman that i dealt with, found the exact car that i was looking for within minutes. It was delivered to their dealership the next day. I completed the paperwork and drove off of the lot in the car that matched my very particular details. The entire staff was very friendly. I don't know a lot about cars but they spoke to me in a way that was not at all demeaning and made sure that i understood everything. I have, and would, recommend this dealership to my friends.
