    All was good. Only thing didn't like they put 57 Miles on it and changed every seat setting

    Very good experience. When I made the appointment, I didn't realize it was black Friday. Although it was very busy at the service department, they serviced my car in a very short time.

    first oil change on two new car and truck left both there all day and night before and did not get car wash and my wifes car had grease marks on inside door last time there were floor mats [paper] not this time not a big deal

    I was experiencing an idle issue with my vehicle. The put my vehicle on the diagnostic machine, took for a test drive, but couldn't find anything wrong. They did recommend things to be done, that might solve the problem. They were not to sure if doing those things would work to solve the issue. On of which was changing the air filter, which I changed on my own. Then a Throttle Body Cleaning and Fuel Induction Service, which for the price, if it's not going to definitely solve my issue. I am waiting to get it in. I also understand, they tried to figure out what is wrong with my vehicle.

    Ceaser was so helpful he got me in the car I wanted and assisted me with best service on my terms. Brandon was so nice he held my son and installed his car seat while I signed paper work. I felt so blessed to have them working with me. I felt that they were on my side and wanted to see me get the car I always wanted. I cannot give enough praise or thanks to them both.

    I had an appointment a week in advance for 8am. I was checked in by 740am. I was leaving at 10am. I am bothered that it took 2 hrs for an inspection. This isn't the first time I have waited and it took 2 plus hours for something simple.

    The sales person Daniel Stover was extremely helpful in making our car buying experience a pleasant one. The negotiations were conducted with the utmost courtesy and respect. Dan is very knowledgeable about the product line he sells and took as much time as necessary to explain ALL of the new features on our newly purchased Equinox.     our salesman was very nice and patient with us. He even stayed a half hour after closing for us. I feel that we got a great deal with him. I will definately recommend him to friends and family.

    I called Outten about info on the Equinox that was in the Morning Call ad and I was connected to Dan. He was very professional and extremely helpful from the start. I had no plans on purchasing a car until Fall but Dan was so helpful and the price was right where i wanted my payments to be. Thanks for your great customer service so far! You have an OUTSTANDING employee! I highly recommend Outten-especially DAN!

    I took my car for service because my car brakes were making the car vibrate when I put on brakes. The mechanic told me I needed to replace my rotary. I told them that I had replaced them about ten months ago and they looked it up and replaced them for no cost.

    I just hate every time I take my car for the annual inspection, I always end up having to pay money to fix something before the car pass inspection.
