McNulty) was very nice and very well informed, the price was great, all of my questions were answered, and this… family-owned dealership really separated itself from the pack through its wonderful treatment of myself and my wife. I would definitely buy my next car from this dealership!Treated my Grandmother with the respect she deserved!

But just because she doesn't drive, doesn't mean that a comfortable car isn't important to her. Her current car, while in good condition sat… too low and caused her a lot of pain while getting in and out and the trunk left little room for her walker. When we called Landmark and let them know the situation they were even more helpful than we had hoped for. When we arrived they had several vehicle available right next to the showroom for her so that she didn't even have to walk around the lot. It was wonderful to see how they catered to her needs and helped her find the perfect car for her needs. This was the third dealership we went to and the only one that treated her with the respect that she deserved. They gave her a great price on her trade and also on the new one. She loves her car!! Thank you Landmark, you've won my family's business for many years to come.New car purchase

We purchased a 2013 CMAX SEL on Sunday as we saw a like vehicle on display in front of Costco in Wilsonville and… decided to only go look and drive...but purchased since we really liked it! Tom R. was excellent to deal with and would recommend him to anyone! Both excellent knowledge and great customer service.Thought about a C-Max for nearly a year...
by pianofemme on 08/08/2013updated 06/09/2025When I first researched the Ford C-Max Energi and realized I may be serious about contacting dealers (Fall, 2012) , I filled out a form on Ford's website and immediately heard from Landmark. Since I live 5 hours from there, it seemed… ridiculous to think about buy a car there, but after many months of contacting dealers local to Southern Oregon, I found the best help and the car I wanted was available in Tigard, OR. I cannot say enough about the sales and financing help I got from Charlie W. and Beau. The car is far better than anything I've read online. Charlie made sure to educate me on the tech workings of the vehicle, and went over the navigation, entertainment, etc. He was patient and supportive and on my drive home, I figured out most everything he had said. Problem is that I rarely looked at the road on the whole drive. His advice is to sit in the driveway and learn all the settings. Did I follow it? Not so much. So happy with my purchase.Best Car Buying Experience Ever

Charlie W. spent a significant period of time answering questions, providing various vehicle options. and exploring pricing with me. I was not at any point… pressured, and eventually decided to buy at Landmark because of my experience working with him. When actually purchasing the car I found the Finance department to be very efficient.
