I had been waiting a month for another dealership to get the truck on which I'd put a deposit. I was told 5 times that it would be here in 5 days and that's a month gone. I called Suburban Ford about a truck on their lot in the morning and… was in the truck in the afternoon. Due to Suburban Ford not charging me a "market adjustment'' like the other dealer I was able to get far more truck for roughly $700 more. This is pretty much the truck I would have designed for my needs and has things that I would have had to do to the other truck aftermarket. The buying experience was smooth and well coordinated by the staff and despite finding car buying stressful I was pleased with the experienceThank you for your business and great review.

We ordered a new 2021 Ford Explorer Timberline back in May. We just got it the first weekend of October. Despite the long wait it was worth it! Working with Dave was super easy with zero pressure. My wife and I worked with Les Scofield. He was very helpful, no pressure and got the payment, price of the truck and the interest rate almost exactly where we needed it to be to buy. I contacted Dave Flom (because of a previous positive sales experience) in Oct. '20 to inquire about the new Mach-e. He informed me that since it was totally new, they assigned Chris Young as the lead. Dave arranged a meeting. We met at the… scheduled time. Chris devoted his uninterrupted time strictly for me. At the end I gave him a deposit for a Mach-e Premium. Since then, he and Ford kept me informed on scheduling, updates etc. On the day of delivery (July 15th) Chris devoted 4 hours to making sure everything was complete and that I understood the operation of the car. Since this was only your second Mach-E delivered, plus being an out of State sale to a State with sales tax and various tax incentives for plug-in vehicle it posed a few problems with the programming of the sales contract, which Mark got all squared away. The entire staff at Suburban Ford, whether its Sam and his team in Service, Chris and Dave in Sales etc. has always treated me fair and respectful.. That can only come from the top---Period!! In one word INTEGRITY.Thank you for your business and for keeping us up to date on the range and economy you are getting with your new Mach E. Chris still works for you so call on him anytime.

Pleasantly surprised

Anyone that knows me will be surprised by this review. I do not like dealing with car salesman and usually my husband does all the dealing and then I just come in and sign that papers. I have no tolerance for the phony friendly… conversation, or the cheesy lines they have been given to regurgitate. Chris Young was completely different. He was down to earth and never once made us feel pressured or like he was trying to take advantage of us. Which is saying a lot since I go into those situations expecting to be irritated.
