Even though Ford had the Bronco builds backed up for almost 2 years, Rick, Pat, Chris, and Mark worked together to expedite the delivery of my long-awaited vehicle. They took advantage of every opportunity to get the Bronco to me ahead of… time. My thanks to the team at Surburban Ford. It is refreshing to visit a dealership where employees have been for a long time because they are very knowledgeable and you can tell it is a good business to deal with. Since I was looking for a truck it was really nice to be able to… visit both a Chevy and a Ford dealership to compare the two on the spot and they were very willing to let us do that. I think Les went above and beyond, spending as much time as I needed to help me understand the vehicle and answer my questions, also helping out with some parts I wanted right away. Super Duty Special Order

I ordered an F350 Super Duty back in October. Was originally told it would be 2-3 months to get the truck. Worked with Chris to figure out what was holding up the order and adjusted the order to get a VIN and build date. Ended up taking… about 6 months to get the truck but when the truck arrived Chris was fantastic. The truck was detailed perfectly and he had everything ready to go. Signed the paperwork and he showed is every detail of the truck. After a bumpy start, Chris and Suburban came through in the end and the experience was fantastic. Would buy from Chris again.Excellent service!

Bought an F250.

I recently ordered a truck from Suburban Ford of Sandy with help from Les. We checked all the boxes together, printed out my truck and then he had it ordered. Easy and fun. A few weeks later I realized I couldn’t wait for however long it… was going to be (chip shortages) and decided to buy a used truck from them. Even with the major shortages of used trucks they just happened to have the exact F250 I needed and was looking for. I got help from George, Tony and Mark for the used truck purchase. A few days later I had trouble with my powered running boards and came in. Tony was at the front desk and I told him the problem, he went a got Pat and they both took a look at it. After checking a few things they brought it over to the accessories department and got at least another 2 folks on it. They found the loose wire and got it back to working. They were all very helpful. From the moment of walking in to walking out I think it was maybe a half hour. Thanks everyone. And to Yousif for taking my check when I returned later. 😉David, thank you for taking the time to leave us your response to our Staff's outstanding customer service! Jake Jordon, my salesman was the best to work with. Our first of many contacts were by texts and emails. He was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The second day I went to meet him and see the Edge I wanted. I worked with him to… fill out some paperwork and then he sent me to Yousif to finish the financing. I was looking for a new vehicle, so I called the local Ford dealer in Bend Oregon, I was totally turned off by the salesman, I could say a lot, but I will leave it at that.
