The best experience of my life!!
by Taylor on 07/15/2017A few days ago we had went to power Kia in Salem just to look at cars, and see our options at this dealership. We had been looking around for awhile, and the first guy came up to us, and his name was Greg he was a wonderful guy to talk to,… and answered some of our questions about different cars. Greg had brought out a second person to help us out with cars, and that was Herman Scales a fantastic guy. Herman answered every single question we had thrown at him about the kia optima. Herman was great he helped us pick out which car would be able to best fit our live style that we live in. If you ever stop in to Power Kia in Salem right next to I-5 ask to talk with Herman because he is such a great person to talk with, and he knows a lot about kia's, and he is able to help pick a great car out for you. However, I feel at the end of the month, you should have 2 finance managers, as I was third in line and waited 2.5 hours to be seen. by coolgirl0320 on 08/16/2016updated 08/31/2016It has been a long two months looking for a car. One car dealer I went to wrecked the car before I signed the papers and still tried to sell it to me. A many other would sell the car out from under me as I was going through the paperwork.… It was safe to say I was fed up with looking for a car. I fell into the loophole of not having credit due to my age, but not being able to gain credit due to not having credit. My mom convinced me to look again at cars and we happened upon a nice Jetta on sale at Power of Kia in Salem. We test drove it and crunched numbers. The sales associate we worked with did the usual routine, but took the numbers we wanted and met us in the middle. The process was so easy and after the ordeal I had to go through to find a car, it was nice to find a dealer who saw me as a person and not as a number forever stuck in a paradox. I will recommend everyone to Power of Kia and thank them. They have no idea how much it means to me that they worked with me and saw me not as a liability, but as an opportunity to make a person smile and sell a car to someone who will remember their kindness in the years to come.
