I have also done all my service with them as well. Each and every time I walk through their doors, these… guys are always on top of their game. I immediately feel like I am a part of a family and everyone seems happy to see me. They listen to me and try to come up with the best fit for my needs. I leased a vehicle from them this last Sunday and very happy with the car and treatment I received. Im a very happy loyal customer of Kuni Lexus of Portland and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is shopping for a car, new or used.This is my sixth car purchase here for a reason

Frankly, Ive had no problems with the cars and I only go into see them for… regularly scheduled maintenance. They always return my calls promptly if I have any questions and with the new technology of the newest cars they are more complicated but still as efficient and beautiful as ever. I highly recommend Kuni if youre looking for a Lexus and want superior service and staff.Love my new red car!

I am now a proud owner of a 2014 IS 350 thanks to the friendly,… helpful associates at Kuni Lexus, particularly our sales consultant Petre Petrovski. He was kind and quick to assist us by text and in person, from the beginning of the process to after our purchase, answering all of our questions and working with us with our trade-in and purchase.Never had an easier time buying a car

She did everything to find my perfect car and didnt let us out the door… until we were fully satisfied with my purchase . I am from eastern Washington and would drive 6 hours to buy another Lexus when the time comes to work with Nicole and this dealership again.Excellent Service, Beginning to End

Their pricing is always inline with Edmunds, and their financing rate is strictly based on your FICA score. The Salesmen that I… have delt with are low pressure. I really have nothing but positive things to say about them. In this day and age that is rare for a car dealership.Service to GS 300

He was honest, kind of shy, and knew the lexus vehicles, but… he also knew other cars and would be okay with saying that another car not from lexus was a great car. He was truly interested in getting me what I wanted and I left Kuni Lexus feeling grateful and excited for my new purchase. Usually I feel taken for granted or "sold," but this experience was the complete opposite. I will go back to this dealership again and I will definitely request Daryl again.A DELIGHT IN EVERY WAY

by aycarrei on 12/14/2014I eschew dealerships generally, but after looking for a clean low mileage LS430, the prospects were bleak and I was led to Kuni Lexus from some online listings. I phoned Daryl to arrange to try this car along with a GS300 and CT200h they… had on the lot. Daryl took the entire afternoon to show us each car, lead us around on test drives and give us time to examine them for ourselves. He answered endless questions and was very transparent, showing us their pricing, work they'd done to the car to ready it for sale and KBB numbers. It was a very positive experience with none of the tactics I was expecting. I paid for the car with a check rather than financing, which required a quick credit confirmation, so I can't speak about the financing experience. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to try financing here if I were to go that route. I will definitely shop here again based on my experience.Excellent Service
by einar61 on 12/11/2014Jesse Leinweber my Service Advisor was very professional and informative. He and the service Staffs took excellent care of me. I went in for an oil change on our Lexus SUV and asked Jesse to check the driver side window because it was… broken. I knew that it would be expensive to fix it but to my surprise Jesse advise me that there wouldn't be no cost to evaluate the window door and they would take care of it because the cause is from the loose screw that came off not the motor so the Service Staffs just put the glass window back on track. I was ecstatic & relief! Oh not to mention the waiting room staff that provides coffee, fruits and donuts for the early morning visit hospitable. Thank you, Kuni Lexus of Portland.best car-buying experience we have ever had
by jcl6 on 12/11/2014Just a quick note to wax enthusiastic about our experience last week buying a 2015 Lexus ES300h. The person who was working with us and listening patiently to all our concerns was Daryl Do Carmo. I bought my first car exactly fifty years… ago, and the experience usually ranks right up there with getting a root canal. But this time it was so much fun that we almost hated to see it end. And we actually feel like we made a real friend. It doesn't hurt that we are really pleased with the car we bought. And after the sale we even got personal help at our house to get the garage doors programmed. Kuni Lexus really has their act together. Highly recommended!
