by Bill7986 on 08/22/2017Only disappointment was that several options that I thought were on the vehicle (bluetooth and phone) That appeared on the radio screen were not enabled. Big $$$$ to have dealer connect them.Amazing Sales and Service!!!
by emrtinz on 05/10/2017updated 05/22/2017I went into Enterprise car sales looking to trade in my 2007 Camry. I hated that Camry. It was a good car, but I bought it when I was younger and naïve and got absolutely swindled by the dealer! I owed twice what the car was worth and it… was already at 133,000 miles. I felt trapped! Morgan was there to work with me. She was so helpful, and most important honest, about how we could get me out of it and into a newer car with less negative equity. I really appreciated that she didn't try to force me into spending more and putting me in a worse situation just for a sale. Morgan knew I wanted something fuel efficient and practical for city driving that would fit my budget. She introduced me to the saleswoman Danielle, explained what I was looking for and my budget, and we were off! I told Danielle that I was looking for a Nissan Versa, note or sedan. She showed me all of the options and found me the car with the best value, not the highest sticker price. I ended up with a 2014 Note with only 28,000 miles, a backup camera AND Bluetooth for a way better deal than I'd found at other dealerships! And it came with an amazing warranty for the car, the tires and roadside assistance! My monthly payments? $20 more than my Camry! Can't beat that! Now I get 35.5mpg rather than 22.5 in my Camry, so I'm even saving money every month! The best part is that I knew that this car had to have a perfect maintenance record and no accidents in order for Enterprise to sell it. They only sell the best of their rental fleet. The rest are sold to dealerships or at auction. Even when I looked at other dealerships and the Carfax reports, I found that most of their cars were used rentals! Why would I buy a car that Enterprise didn't want to sell for a higher price from someone without the customer service reputation of Enterprise? Ridiculous! Thank you Morgan and Danielle for helping me get into this amazing car!!!Excellent Sales & Service on a Great Used Car

The customer service was fantastic and we were well taken care of by Rachel J. (Sales) and Mark… F. (Area Manager). Rachel asked us questions to learn about us and what our needs are and then found the perfect vehicle for us to test drive. There was never any pressure to buy their car or any haggling (they have it already marked at the lowest price) and I was very impressed by the 109 point mechanical inspection and their warranty, which gives me peace of mind that my car is mechanically sound and will last a long time as long as I take care of it. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new car start at Enterprise Car Sales!
