Jason at Lithia was very polite and courteous with me at my last visit for a lube, oil and filter. It was time to redo my rear differential and it was performed in a timely manner and was the price that was quoted to me. Bernie at Lithia Motors was fabulous to work with. He made the process of getting my new Honda Pilot so easy. This experience was not what you expect when you are buying a car. They were honest. Super helpful as I was selecting my options and not pushy at all. This was my 3rd Honda I have purchased from them over the years. I would not go anywhere else!

Lithia Honda, Medford, OR has exceptionally friendly and courteous personal. The repair work to replace a 2006 Honda CR-V rear bearing was done with competence, and the warranty period exceeds the norm. In the long run, I'm getting good value for the cost.

It is worth it to me to drive down to Medford from Seattle to have my car serviced at Lithia Honda! The service is excellent, fast, professional and the waiting atmosphere is so pleasant. Service up here is slow (no quick lube ), people couldn't care less and I got a bill when my policy covers the routine maintenance. It's Lithia Honda for me.

We just had the oil and transmission fluid changed. Oil change already paid for so they charged $89 to change transmission fluid. Whole process only took 15 minutes for both.

We came in on a Friday afternoon, without an appointment...for an oil change. I had a coupon for service. Everyone was very nice. The bathroom was very clean (thank you for that!) and the chair comfortable. I started to read the magazine I brought with me and barely got into it when they came in and said they were finished! Great job!
