So we called and talked to Mark about it and they had us bring it back in and they made it right with us. They were so… understanding with our situation. They are awesome and I am so glad I went thru them. Mark is an awesome person. He really listened to me and understoody frustration with everything and he made thing better.Most Amazing Car Lot
by VictoriaBinder on 11/18/2018I went in with my husband to trade in my SUV and upgrade to something new. Finding the perfect vehicle on this lot took maybe 10 minutes. The sales guy that helped me Oscar was amazing. He was not super pushy all he did was answer my… questions with out trying to push me into something. I didn't even get a car the first day. My husband and I thought it over and came back the next day. They never changed the level of friendliness. He hung out and chatted with us and helped me understand the entire process. I love these guys. They treat you like family. Plus they have COCO they adorable mascot who hangs out with you. If you need a car please go here. I will never go anywhere else.Every lot needs to take lessons from K and B
by NicoleS. on 10/06/2018This car lot goes above and beyond what is expected of any type of sales that exists. The old sales tactics you find elsewhere do not work. K and B made the car buying experience personal and frankly, enjoyable. Not even a tiny bit did i… ever feel pressure to buy and not only that but I truly felt as if they had my best interest at mind. These are people that you do not find often. Downright good people that i consider myself lucky to even have met. I'm seriously grateful to them for the care that was shown to me. I would recommend to anyone who is ever looking for a vehicle. I cannot give enough stars.Great experience!

The owners helped sight the entire process including making sure that all my concerns… were answered. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for a great used car.Small company, Big Results.
by GaryR on 08/12/2018So I looked online at K & B Auto, and found a Dodge truck I thought I would like. Submitted the online application just for the sake of it. I was turned down by all the Big Dealers, and was really treated rudely. I wasnt expecting much… here either as I have a new job, credit below 600. Within about an hour, I was notified I was approved for a loan and great terms. I went and drove the Dodge and it just wasnt me. I left for the evening and was notified by Jon, one of the owners that they had another truck they thought would work for me. The next night Jon sent an employee Oscar to pick me up, (what great service) and i just loved the truck. A Toyota Tundra, I thought no way, way out of my budget. Jon assured me he could get the numbers right. One hour later, Im driving off with my new (to me) Tundra., This thing is a Beast., I LOVE it. Great financing, good terms, and Awesome people to work with,. Thanks Jon, Mark, Oscar and the whole K & B staff for providing a great vehicle, no pressure, and above all else the feeling of family. by roxanne1972 on 06/30/2018We live 75 miles away from the dealership, on the day we wanted to purchase this car we were on the phone off and on all day with John the owner while we were at work. He was answering all of our questions, getting us the best deal possible… along with getting everything set up for an convenient sale with Mark later that day. He had his salesman Robert help us when we arrived who had all the information for an easy deal and he was very pleasant to deal with. It was an excellent buying experience even from many miles away so Thank You K & B Auto Complex, we love our new car!Great experience

I simply told him what I would like to purchase and what I would like to pay and the staff made it happen. I’m pretty sure my wife will be there within a… week to trade in her vehicle as well. I would definitely recommend at least checking out this place if you are looking for a different vehicle.
