I had a very positive experience when buying a new car from Gresham Toyota. My salesperson, Vitaliy, went the extra mile in guiding me through the car buying process. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and very helpful.

Be prepared to be taken advantage of unless you know what you’re doing- they will deny you a good interest rate unless you know to specifically ask to run your credit score with local credit unions. Otherwise, be prepared to… only be offered the “Toyota interest rate”. Would not recommend, and we won’t buy another car there if given a choice.Attentive, respectful, professional!

by My new car on 05/19/2021I would give a higher rating but the map in the car was very important to me and come to find out the one we picked didn’t have it or can’t have it, I was told several times it did. I may not have picked this level of a model if I was aware… of this ahead of time. I was told to down load an app and it will tell me how to make the map work. I tried to figure it out for 3 days before I went back and a very nice lady explained that I couldn’t do what I was wanting I need to use my phone! Ugh! Now I have to upgrade my phone. We traded in a car that had more bells and whistles then this one which is fine but I specifically said I want the navigation system, didn’t get it. Other than that everyone was very nice! Have bought several vehicles from them. Yes I would use them again but with someone that has more knowledge on the car we are wanting.Exceptional dealer service experience

I don't live in the Portland area, but come through it frequently, so when the 85k service on my 2014 4Runner needed to be done, and a few things needed to be looked at after a long trip to the desert, I dropped… by to see if they could squeeze me in, which they did! The whole experience was great. Everyone I talked to was polite, supportive and helpful. It turned out I needed new rear brake pads, so they were able to get those done for me as well. The wait was not too long, the prices were reasonable and my service advisor, Ronita, was incredibly helpful. Just a terrific experience all the way around.Brooke is the best!

Will not longer do business with Gresham Toyota
by Rothy on 04/25/2020Our 2007 Prius was totaled in 2017 and needed replacing. In the past I had purchased Toyotas from Gresham Toyota. They also serviced our 2007 Prius. So April 2018 I decided to purchase a new Prius from Gresham Toyota. I prefer red, which… Wilsonville had advertised. I asked the Gresham salesman and sales manager if they would call and see if Wilsonville would do a trade, That way I would have the red Prius and Gresham would get the sale. Trading cars between dealerships use to be a normal practice when a dealership did not have the car the customer wanted. Their reaction was childish as if I was asking them to do something terrible immoral and refused to call. I should have walked, but didn’t. We did purchase a Prius from Gresham. The salesman said their bonus was based on an evaluation from the buyers. The salesman used an email from his little book saying that way we would not get a bunch of junk mail. Needless to say we also did not receive any type of evaluation form concerning our experience. I sent an email to Gresham Toyota explaining my concerns and did not receive a reply. When Gresham Toyota called to schedule my first oil change I told the caller that I would not be doing business with them. She offered to have the sales manager call me. I still have not heard from the sales manager. The sale seems more important than customer good will. I am a loyal Toyota customer but will never again do business with Gresham Toyota. Keep in mind I had purchased a total of 5 new Toyotas over 45 years. I purchased 4 of these new Toyotas from Gresham Toyota. Never again will I purchase anything from Gresham Toyota.Service

Outstanding Customer Service
by CustID 140417 on 12/07/2019Visited Gresham Toyota for our 20,000 mile service Was met promptly as I drove into bay by Rick. He greeted me and noticed my husband’s US Navy insignia on our car and asked me to thank him for his service, which I did immediately on… returning home. Meant a lot to my husband and to me. Rick told me what my expected wait time would be and directed me to waiting area. He checked in with after a bit to say they were almost finished. When he came back he reviewed the work they had done and went over line by line on critical points which were all great. Gresham Toyota clearly promotes stellar customer service. I give them five stars for this. It’s this welcoming spirit along with the time I needed to ask my questions that keep me coming back. Rick exemplified this spirit and I am grateful.Great customer service for buying a new car.

I had been looking to purchase a new RAV4 Hybrid for over six months, and had a specific color and options that I wanted. I had been to three other… dealerships previously and contacted at least 10 others via email and phone. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back, or they tried to offer me cars that did not have the options that I had requested. I even ordered the exact car I wanted from another dealership, and after waiting 2 months without getting any updates along the way, when it showed up, it did not have one of the packages I had requested. I was so fed up and ready to quit looking for a new car. I finally contacted Gresham Toyota and worked with Dan Roemmich. He searched for the exact car I wanted, and when it was not available anywhere, he ordered it for me through the factory. He updated me frequently throughout the entire process and provided excellent customer service along the way. I had been very disappointed and frustrated in working with other sales associates at other dealerships, but had a terrific experience with Dan. I will definitely be sending anyone I know of that is looking for a Toyota his way!Don’t buy a vehicle here
by EC89 on 07/27/2019I recommend against buying a vehicle from Gresham Toyota. I use USAA for my banking and insurance needs. I decided to use their car buying service which provides a pre-negotiated discount on the vehicle and a discount on the loan’s APR… (which was also through USAA). Gresham Toyota would not honor USAA’s pre-negotiated price (a $500 discount from the sticker price). They initially said they would, but then came back and said they would not. We ended up buying the truck anyway because my husband really loved it. The gas tank was nearly empty (less than 1/4 full). They said they were cleaning the truck as we were signing the final paperwork, but never did. There was debris on the dash. They had me sign a credit application even though I wasn’t financing the loan through them. I told them I wasn’t financing through them and I shouldn’t need to complete a credit application. They said it was to verify my identity, and for me to verify that my name and address were accurate. I was very uncomfortable with signing the form. The finance manager knew I didn’t want to sign it, but didn’t budge. Overall, it was not a good car buying service. I would never return there to buy a car and would recommend against anyone giving them their business.Fantastic!

I told her everything I needed and she made sure I left happy, within my budget, and in a brand new car! This was my first car buying… experience, and I will be coming back here, and specifically to Jessica in the future. I will be telling all of my friends and family to come to this dealership!
