    We have always driven Hondas , but decided to try some other brands this time. It take driving very many of the other makers cars to realize.... We were staying with Honda. We love our new CRV

    From the time I pulled into Bend Honda's car lot and met Jake I had a great experience. Jake was very helpful in helping me choose the right car to suit me. Mr Fowler was polite and explained everything in detail during the signing of the lease agreement. Jake sat in the car and explained and showed me how to operate different features in the car. I love my new Honda Civic. Thank you Bend Honda

    I have looked at all kinds of dealerships and was not impressed by customer service. They all wanted to get me into this new and better car with far too high of payments and too many miles for the price that was on them. However at Bend Honda that was not the case. He worked hard to find a car that would fit me in every way. Coming in on his days off, working in the detail shop to make things go faster, even missing his birthday dinner to let me test drive cars that might be what I would like. I plan to go back to Bend Honda and get my next car when the time comes.

    Time to get a new car. We dislike the whole process up until now. Our experience started with Marc. Newly entered into selling cars, he was very informative and friendly. We got a good feel for the vehicle and what it had to offer when Marc had Joel come talk with us. I'm not sure exactly what happened but the next thing that happened we were driving something different. I think he was physic because the vehicle was a 100% match to what we really needed. My husband is usually a very quiet & reserved man, but he was engaged and excited. Soon there after we were discussing numbers. What a relaxing no pressure car purchase. I want to say, it's how you respect a person in a genuine manner that brings trust. They were both that. I highly suggest you go meet Joel and Marc. They are genuine and real. Thanks Bend Honda, your employees are superb in our book.

    Buying a 2015 CRV from Bend Honda last week was my best-ever car purchase experience. To date, I have purchased 7 cars from 4 different dealerships. Honda has become my favorite manufacturer, and now Bend Honda has become my favorite Honda Dealership. There was no pressure, no sales speak, or other bs. Just straight forward, honest, responsive, caring staff who worked hard to provide me with information that helped me to be fully informed. See you in +150K miles!

    I had the best experience buying my used CRV! The lady we worked with was so sweet, never pushy, simply gave us all the information we needed and then gave us the time to mull it all over. Everyone we met there was super nice. I would recommend anyone to Bob Thomas and often do.

    I found a car online that I wanted to purchase. I called and spoke with a sales person at bob thomas who provided me with all the information on the details of the car.. Onstar, bluetooth and XM satelite radio. I paid a dep for them to hold the car since I live 300 miles away. When I show up, I found out the car has NOTHING of what they promised, However I was assured it did have bluetooth. I have e-mails, from JORDAN BROOME, my sales person who said she was never trained on the cars and blamed in on Bob Thomas for not teaching her the correct things. As a consumer this is not my fault. I dont work for GM, that is THERE job. She knew nothing about what she was doing, I have emails where she said I would receive 6 months of free onstar,, the car didnt even have onstar, also on the GM certified certificate states Bluetooth, XM, and Onstar are all listed but not included in the car,, these people lie, and do the true Bait and Switch.The dealer will not correct the issue or add the factory features that were promised.. This is true fraud, and is being escalated.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Bob Thomas, you will be sorry.
